Role Overview
The Scientific Affairs Specialist supports the scientific foundation of GNCβs nutritional products by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance of scientific evidence used across product development, claims substantiation, and clinical research activities. This role is responsible for monitoring emerging scientific literature, maintaining organized scientific resources, and providing evidence-based support to internal teams.
The position collaborates closely with Product Development, Regulatory, Marketing, and Clinical partners to ensure product decisions and communications are informed by current, credible scientific research and aligned with internal and external standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and manage GNCβs scientific library to support:

- Claims substantiation

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Nutrition, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related field)
- 3β5 years of experience in scientific affairs, research, or regulatory support, preferably within dietary supplements, food, pharmaceutical, or consumer health industries
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate, interpret, and summarize scientific literature
- Experience working with PubMed and other scientific research databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and deadlines

What You will Do
- You will create high fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support
- You will be responsible for the development and implementation of modeling solutions, and subsequently conduct trade studies and evaluation of system and subsystem performance
- You will work in a team environment, receiving input from the team supervisors and providing guidance and/or direction to other team members
- You will collaborate with Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing, and other performance personnel to perform simulation activities according to the program schedule

We are seeking a Sr. Director, HR Technology to provide enterprise leadership for GNCβs HR systems strategy, architecture, governance, and long-term HR technology roadmap. This role will define and execute a scalable HR technology vision that supports retail stores, distribution centers, and corporate teams across a complex, multi-state environment. This is an onsite position based at our Pittsburgh, PA Corporate Headquarters.
The Sr. Director will own the end-to-end HR technology ecosystem and ensure platforms enable payroll accuracy, time and attendance compliance, labor optimization, workforce scalability, advanced analytics, and operational efficiency for a high-volume retail workforce. This role is accountable for implementation and ongoing modernization of HR platforms and will serve as the strategic liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment, risk mitigation, and business continuity.

Enterprise Retail Workforce Technology Strategy
- Design and execute a multi-year HR technology roadmap aligned to GNCβs retail, distribution, and operational priorities.

JOB DUTIES
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS JT4 is looking for a Navigation/ Identification Friend or Foe engineers who are experienced with flight vehicles (Manned/Unmanned), guided munitions, and UAS systems.
The successful applicants will support Developmental Test & Evaluation of Navigation and guidance, and/or support Guidance, Navigation and Control development on advanced weapon systems to meet critical needs for warfighters.
Engineers in this position are responsible for the developmental test and evaluation and analysis of guidance, navigation and autopilot algorithms, and operational flight software.
Additionally, selected candidates will validate and verify performance and supporting ground and flight tests with pre-flight predictions and post-flight analyses.
Incumbents will review and provide input to Technical Review Board (TRB), Safety Review Board (SRB), and Report Integrated Product Teams (RIPT) meetings.
Candidates will also provide coordination (ground test to flight test) for all projects and assist in the coordination of input from allied engineering disciplines (avionics, armament, electronic warfare, flying qualities, performance, structures, subsystems, and signatures).

REQUIREMENTS
- EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE The candidate must have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited academic institution and four years of related engineering experience or have an accredited Master of Science in Engineering with at least 2 years of related engineering experience or have an accredited doctoral degree in Engineering.
The candidate must have mastery of concepts, principles, and practices of engineering that enables the employee to serve as a technical authority on projects relating to the specific programs.
The position requires sufficient knowledge and skill to apply the latest developments in engineering to solve problems in the specialty area along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
The candidate must have a working knowledge of computer systems and computer-based engineering tools and possess planning/organizing skills.

Job Details BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering 10+ years of experience developing embedded and real-time software for space, aerospace, robotics, or other mission-critical systems Led software development across the full lifecycle: requirements, design, integration, testing, and flight operations Strong proficiency in C/C++ with working knowledge of Python or scripting for automation and testing Experience with RTOS, bare-metal development, and Linux-based embedded systems Deep expertise in software reliability, deterministic timing, concurrency, and resource management in constrained environments Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S.
