The Role

As a CAM Programmer, you will have direct responsibility for producing CAM packages and CNC Programs for highly complex, close-tolerance components. Compensation

Eaton's IS AER FMC division is currently seeking a Assembler/Tester A (Repair and Overhaul) 2nd shift. The hourly rate for this position is $31.05 plus $2.00/hour shift differential per hour. What you'll do:

  • Assemble, teardown and test routine mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and top assemblies of simple to most complex product line that includes commercial and military.
  • Teardown, assembly and test mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and top assemblies. Ensure activities are performed correctly and proper tooling and documentation is used. Requires little to no supervision.
  • Organize data and prepare test reports.
  • Perform lock wire/safety wire and nameplate.
  • Perform visual inspection, identify any defective items and handle according to established procedures.
  • Utilize hand tools such as, but not limited to, pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, arbor press, vises, soldering iron, depth micrometers, calipers, lockwire pliers, dial indicators, pressure gauges, flow meters, multimeters, test boxes or specialized test equipment as needed.
  • Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, testing schematics, verbal, and/or written instructions.
  • Material preparation including lapping of surfaces with proper tooling techniques and compounds.
  • Conduct in-person testing as required.
  • Use test equipment to perform in process testing and final Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) and Component Maintenance Manual (CMM).

Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years experience in aerospace manufacturing.
  • A minimum of 4 years minimum experience in assembly and testing of hydraulic and electromechanical actuators and working knowledge of hydraulic test equipment.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

Position Overview:
The Counselor Supervisor will supervise the Counselors and Counselor Interns who provide treatment and casework services to patients in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and with BayMark's policies and procedures. Ensure timely documentation of patient services based on plan of care. Identify other physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs for assigned patients. Manage related expenditures in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with the company's budget.
Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient and effective delivery of counseling services to all patients.
Monitors treatment and counseling of all patients.
Provides clinical supervision
Assigns counselors' caseloads, amends when necessary.
Screens potential patients and determines eligibility.
Facilitates intakes or assist with intake process.
Conducts quality assurance file reviews.
Completes and submits patient death reports, as needed.
Reviews and countersigns assessments and treatment plans for quality and accuracy for Counselor Interns.
Manages all counseling staff. Facilitates performance improvement discussions, documentation and follow up.

Qualifications:
Certified SUD Counselor in CA with supervisory experience preferred
Minimum of Bachelors in Behavioral Science or equivalent in experience. Graduate level degree preferred.
Experience with SUD, the ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans and chart accurately and excellent oral and written communication skills are also required
Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals a plus. Must demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population
Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
Salary Range:
Salary range for this position is $670,304 - 72,380 annualized.
