Primary Purpose:

Support the management and duties of store operations to meet financial and sales goals. Build associate and customer relations and promote a strong culture in support of Food Lion Strategy. Maintain solid communications with the management team, all associates in the store and throughout the organization.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Perishable Department, including hiring, training and developing department associates
  • Supervise the performance of all duties and responsibilities of department associates and provides ongoing performance management, training and conducts timely formal performance appraisals for direct reports
  • Daily management of labor (i.e. expected live) and the coaching of associates to achieve productivity expectation
  • Providing leadership and motivation within the store to promote a culture reflective of our Guiding Principles, Core Values, Vision and Strategy
  • Support the achievement of budgeted financial and operating results
  • Smile and maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with primary emphasis on fast, easy, flexible and friendly customer service all while creating a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Role model outstanding, friendly customer service and use skills and knowledge of department products to offer solutions that meet or exceed customers’ expectations
  • Control store expenses through proper ordering, care for supplies and equipment
  • Understand and use company tools such as; financial reports, average cost inventory system (ACIS), scheduling, productivity, ordering (CAO), and business information systems
  • Perform duties that ensure department appearance, quality, variety, workplace safety, food safety and department sanitation are consistently maintained
  • Ensure Perishable Department schedules are written to provide extraordinary customer service at all times
  • Has a complete understanding of scheduling, sales, projections, wage percent, interviewing, hiring, training, company information, and all other items deemed necessary to manage the Perishable Department
  • Ensure that ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise is done in accordance with policies and guidelines
  • Observe and correct all unsafe conditions that could cause associate or customer accidents
  • Record and report all associate and customer accidents in accordance with established Food Lion procedures
  • Monitor shrink ensuring that inventory is accounted for; provide coaching for associates to recognize and prevent losses
  • Ensure that all advertising and sales promotion materials and signage applicable to the Perishable Department are properly utilized
  • Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations
  • Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and standard practices
  • Maintain security standards

Job Summary:

The central focus of a Business Development Coordinator (BDC) is to support one or more Vice President(s) of Mortgage Lending (VP) with a variety of

tasks related to increasing their production, efficiency and quality of work. A BDC's tasks are divided between 3 important components including 1)

Marketing support; 2) Business Plan and Referral Partner strategy; and 3) Follow up and communication with current and future lead sources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help VP's add value and growth to their origination volume
  • Idea generation and execution of the VP's business plan, including lead generation ideas and sources
  • Attend, coordinate, plan and execute monthly events in coordination with the Marketing Department for Realtor and other partners to increase the VP'sbrand and relationship in the community
  • Phone and email support including checking messages, return calls and correspondence, to maintain organized files and work environment
  • Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, closings and creating calendar invitations, and following up timely with referral partners

Job Description

The Clinical Trial Rater, a mental health professional, will be solely responsible for interviewing research participants and their informants/caregivers who are being evaluated to participate in a research study for various cognitive and behavior disorders.

Including, but not limited to the following:

  • Review patient’s medical history collected by the Wake Research Staff/Clinicians
  • Communicates with the patient as well as the patient’s study partner/informant
  • The Clinical Trial Rater will administer semi-structured test or rater scales as per protocol, not limited to CDR, ADAS-COG, MMSE, CSSRS, Cognitive Battery Test, ESS, and like exams
  • Attend and successfully complete all training programs; participate in ongoing conference calls, webinars, and other professional development opportunities
  • Complete provided rater training and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training
  • Conduct interviews following specific study protocols, FDA, GCP, ICH, and HIPAA Privacy guidelines

Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience performing psychometric rating scales in a clinical setting or for clinical trials

Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Temporary Office Manager to support daily operations for our Research and Development Lab in Santa Clara, CA. This role helps keep the office running smoothly by coordinating logistics, managing supplies, supporting staff, and ensuring an efficient and welcoming workplace. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations and facility-related matters

About the Opportunity

As a Test Security Specialist focused on AP Investigations, you will lead investigations into AP test

security incidents and score validity concerns. You will manage cases end to end by reviewing and

synthesizing evidence such as statistical indicators, test day reports, plagiarism findings, AI-related

reports, and any available supporting documentation or physical evidence. You will apply Client

policies and legal requirements to reach clear, well-supported determinations, including whether

evidence supports score cancellation.

You will also communicate professionally with students, parents, and student representatives, including attorneys, counselors, and educators, to ensure timely case resolution and consistent, accurate policy explanation. This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive situations with fairness and discretion.


In this role, you will:

Case Management (65%)

• Own AP investigation cases end to end from intake through final determination and closure,

ensuring each case is handled thoroughly, consistently, and within required timelines.

• Triage and scope cases by identifying allegation type, applicable policy, key evidence needs, and

any immediate risks or deadlines.

• Collect, review, and synthesize evidence including statistical indicators, test day

documentation, proctor and coordinator reports, seating and timing details (when available),

plagiarism findings, AI-related reports, and any supporting materials submitted by stakeholders.

• Analyze patterns and irregularities using investigative reasoning and data review techniques to

determine whether observed signals are consistent with policy-defined misconduct or score

validity concerns.

• Document investigative work clearly and completely in the case management system, including

evidence summaries, rationale, decision points, and recommended outcomes, to ensure audit?ready and defensible case files.

• Develop case recommendations that align to policy and evidentiary standards, and collaborate

with team leads and peers as needed on complex or high-risk determinations.

• Coordinate cross-functional work with internal partners and external vendors to obtain

evidence, validate reports, and resolve open questions, while protecting confidentiality and

sensitive data.

• Track and report case metrics such as status, aging, throughput, and outcomes, and surface

trends, recurring issues, or process gaps to leadership.

• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine workflows, templates,

documentation standards, and investigation playbooks to improve speed, consistency, and

quality.

Customer Service (35%)

• Communicate professionally and empathetically with students, parents, educators, and

student representatives about cases under review, including what is being reviewed, what

evidence is considered, and what steps occur next.

• Draft clear written correspondence that accurately reflects policy, process, and case status,

using a tone appropriate for sensitive situations and escalated concerns.

• Conduct phone calls and written follow-ups to gather additional context, clarify

documentation, and resolve stakeholder questions while maintaining confidentiality and

neutrality.

• Maintain detailed communication records so all stakeholder interactions, requests, and

responses are captured consistently and are easy to reference during review or escalation.

• De-escalate sensitive situations by explaining policies and outcomes diplomatically, setting
