Essential Function • Performs trailer switches defined as hooking and moving a parked trailer from the yard to a load/unload door or hooking and moving a trailer from a door to the yard.

Drivers will be paid a full ADP even if the driver performs no driving duties following the event.

Position Purpose:
This driver role is responsible for driving a straight truck or van intrastate and/or interstate on local routes to deliver and unload various food and food related products to customers. This role generally handles deliveries of urgent orders due to mispicks and other customer service related issues. All routes are expected to be completed safely in accordance with all Company policies and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Primary Responsibilities:

action as needed. Report all safety issues and/or repairs required. - Follow all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies. Immediately report any and all safety hazards.
- Inspect truck/van for properly loaded and secured freight. Perform count check of items and check customer invoices of products
that have been loaded. Check and complete in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paper work associated with freight. - Drive to and deliver customer orders according to assigned delivery schedule.
- Unload products from truck/van, transport items into designated customer storage areas. Perform damage control checks on items,
scanning and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy. Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures. Collect money (cash or checks) where required. Load customer returns on to trailer and secure trailer doors. - Ensure that truck, van and freight are appropriately locked and/or secured at all times.
- Unload damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unload all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required. Complete daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state and company requirements.
- Perform general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.

Liberty Tire Recycling is hiring a CDL Driver responsible for collecting used tires from customer locations and transporting them back to a Liberty Tire Recycling facility or drop yard. This is a highly physical, touch-freight driving role. Essential Duties
Serves as receptionist greeting patrons.Answers phones, routes calls and takes messages.Sends and responds to email and provides requested information.Performs as the first point of contact with the public.
Handles financial transactions for general admission, long-term passes and classes and perform basic mathematical calculations in cashier duties.Closes out cash register at end of shift; counts cash; balances read out; completes daily revenue report from previous day; prepares bank deposit, and performs any other related duties to assure City cash handling procedures are followed in accordance with City accounting policies and internal controls.Responds to routine telephone requests which have standard answers; refers calls and visitors to appropriate staff.Provides departmental administrative support services including but not limited to process and distribute mail and materials; copies and faxes documents; and files.Registers students for lessons and programs. Communicates information regarding programs and content of swimming lessons in response to inquires from the public.Schedules rentals and performs data entry of registration information.Assists with patron control in lobby and entrance area.Cleans areas around reception, in the lobby and entrance.
Cashiers assigned to the concessions trailer takes and prepares food orders for customers, performs concessions trailer opening and closing procedures and assists with stocking concessions trailer inventory. Adheres to proper food-handling procedures.Conforms with all safety rules and performs work is a safe manner.Delivers excellent customer service to diverse audiences.Maintains effective work relationships.Arrives to work, meetings, and other work-related functions on time and maintains regular job attendance.
Qualifications and Skills
Education and ExperienceOne year related experience or education in office/business procedures or related area; or combination of education and experience that provides the employee with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position. Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesWorking knowledge basic office procedures and techniques for organization and filing. Ability to maintain manual and electronic filing and record-keeping systems.
Working knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation, basic math, and grammar. Working knowledge of cash register operation and cashier practices that include register balancing. Effective clerical skills, including typing/word processing, filing, and operation of standard office equipment. Effective interpersonal, customer service, communication and telephone skills. Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences and to give and understand oral instructions. Good customer service skills and the ability to interact with groups of all ages, to get along well with coworkers, the public, staff and volunteers and to maintain effective working relationships. Ability to use a computer, and to learn department specific computer hardware and software, to perform the essential functions of the position.
Cashiers assigned to the concessions trailer must have the ability to work in the confined space of a concessions trailer. Ability to enforce safety regulations. Work in a busy environment and handle crowds while answering telephone calls. Special RequirementsCertified in CPR/AED and first aid for professional rescuer.
Cashiers assigned to the concessions trailer must have a current Oregon Food Handler Card.Demonstrable commitment to sustainability.

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, physically capable, and safety-minded Expo Setup & Teardown Specialist to support our Hot Tub Expo operations. This individual will be responsible for the safe transport, loading, unloading, positioning, and display of hot tubs and related equipment at venues across the region. The ideal candidate is experienced operating a forklift and pulling heavy equipment trailers, and thrives in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive a truck and pull a 40-foot gooseneck trailer loaded with hot tubs, equipment, and display materials to and from expo venues
• Safely operate a forklift to load and unload hot tubs and heavy exhibit materials
• Set up and assemble booth displays, signage, product pedestals, and related expo infrastructure
• Position and level hot tubs for display, including installation of covers and accessories
• Connect and test water features or electrical hookups per vendor/venue specifications (with qualified assistance as required)
• Coordinate with event managers and venue staff on load-in/load-out schedules and floor plans
• Perform teardown, packing, and securing of all equipment after expo conclusion
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle and trailer inspections in accordance with DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate logs of equipment, mileage, and maintenance records
• Report any vehicle, equipment, or safety concerns to the operations manager immediately
• Keep trailer, forklift, and tools clean, organized, and in proper working order
Required Qualifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience towing large trailers required
• Verified experience operating a forklift (certification preferred; on-site testing may be required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience hauling heavy equipment with gooseneck or similar trailers
• Solid understanding of load securement, weight distribution, and DOT compliance
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform sustained physical labor in various weather conditions
• Strong situational awareness and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends around expo schedules
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in trade show, event, or expo logistics
• Familiarity with hot tub or spa products, outdoor living products, or similar equipment
• OSHA forklift operator certification
• Basic electrical or plumbing knowledge related to spa/hot tub setup
• Experience with event rigging, staging, or display construction
Physical Requirements
• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the workday
• Operating heavy equipment in potentially tight or crowded convention/expo environments
• Working outdoors and indoors in varying temperatures and conditions
• Driving long distances, including overnight travel to multi-day expo events
