We are actively hiring an Administrative Support Specialist with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Data and Systems Integration Division, working in Northern Virginia in support of coordination and administration Tasks.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tasks shall include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Coordination, organization, and scheduling of meetings. Take meting notes/minutes and meeting attendance.
• Organize and assist with office drills, filings, correspondence, tracking systems, and coordinating office requests.
• Coordinate schedules, generate minutes, and document action items.
• Assist in tracking and managing responses to actions at various levels to include but not limited to: Division Review Forums, Corporate Actions, and Ad-Hoc Front Office Actions.
• Tasking may include congressional responses, testimony reviews, and program data calls.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Thorough familiarity with standard Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree
• TS/SCI with polygraph

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Brooksource Recruiter, you will build out talent networks of long-lasting, personal, and professional relationships with potential consultants. We create a next-level experience through the hiring process as they source and screen for qualified candidates to match them with opportunities where they can succeed. Recruiters advocate for their candidates, are accessible, genuine, and take the time to understand how they can add value to their job search and interview process. Our Recruiters bring value to our clients by offering them flexibility of timeline and finding them top talent at a rapid pace. Here’s what you will do:

• Collaborate with our sales team to determine the client’s hiring needs
• Help develop a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations
• Qualify candidates through an intensive internal interview process before presenting candidate to external clients. This includes phone, in-person, and virtual interviews
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, job offer assistance, and interview feedback to candidates
• Handle a variety of activities daily, as well as the challenge of new problems and new ventures
• Provide extensive onboarding and post-placement support to create raving fans in our consultants throughout the duration of their project assignments with our clients
• Consistently hit their weekly metric goals of phone calls, interviews, and placements
• Set personal and team goals through frequent goals sessions with your manager and recruiter support
• All other job duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company and/or typical for the position.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Be responsible for capturing customers’ information using multiple means to communicate, utilizing phone and written follow-up contact
• Client Book Management including follow up with clients regarding their shopping experience, potential inquiries such as product care instructions
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with your Store Manager
• Demonstrate a full knowledge of the product including benefits to maximize the sales opportunity
• Utilize your fashion expertise to inspire others and build collaborative partnerships in a team-focused environment
• Partnering with the Manager to leverage knowledge of internal systems to conduct business analyses and keep track of both store and individual KPIs.
• Supporting managers in maintaining the visual and housekeeping standards of the store
• Able to successfully operate our POS system, send eod emails, opening and closing procedures
• Store Cleanliness: at our stores, we take great pride in providing our customers with a clean and well-maintained shopping environment. This includes the cleanliness and organization of the store: including but not limited to the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash desk area, and backroom areas. As a retail employee, you are expected to take the initiative of upkeeping the cleanliness in the store.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service and contemporary or luxury retail industry
• Excellent verbal, written communication and sales skills, with a strong customer service orientation
• Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
• Impeccable presentation and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment
• Problem solving mindset
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)

LANGUAGE SKILLS (Preferred, but not required):
