We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Crane Operator who will operate various types of cranes to lift material, objects or personnel into place; drive cranes to work site and properly set up per the manufacturer's operators manual and company rules regarding cribbing/matting, cribbing blocks or mats as required to perform job requirements of customer. This individual will also direct activities of oilers, truck drivers or helpers in setting up and knocking down the equipment. placing cribbing blocks and/or pads. They may operate cranes according to signals from the oiler or helper may bolt, pin boom sections together to modify boom lengths. This position is a member of a team and will require work as a ground crew depending on the task being performed. The ideal candidate will be involved in all scopes of modular delivery.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for operating a mobile crane to lift, move, position, and reposition loads.
- The Operator will be required to unload crane accessories from trailers or support vehicles.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections along with daily and monthly equipment inspections.
- Follow appropriate safety procedures and maintain logs of vehicle repair status and working hours (FMCSA).
- Operator typically works under direct supervision and is expected to work long hours with frequent sitting, standing, moving, and climbing.
- The Operator is subject to possible exposure to extreme year-round outdoor environmental conditions and may also be subject to working weekends and holidays.
- Perform routine maintenance
- Carry tools for running repairs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 5+ years of experience.
- Knowledgeable in OSHA Regulations and ANSI standards in crane operations
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- Proficiency with oral and written communication skills, as well as technical and functional skills
- CDL Class A license, NCCCO, TSS, TLL, LBC are preferred, but not required
Abilities:
- The position requires the ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to [50 pounds] on a regular basis. Candidates must demonstrate physical strength and stamina to perform various tasks, including but not limited to, loading, and unloading, operating equipment, and assisting in the transportation of various materials. Proper lifting techniques and safety protocols must be followed to ensure personal and team safety.
- Relocates a 12 foot stepladder without assistance.
- Works at various heights up to 60 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and all types of ladders.
- Walks, climbs, lifts, squats, crawls, kneels, pushes, pulls and reaches overhead on a routine and repetitive basis.
- Possess good vision (may be corrected vision), the ability to see in color, and the ability to hear and communicate in English.
- May use a standard ladder without exceeding the weight limit while carrying tools.
- Tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.
- Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.

The Fabrication Welding Technician is responsible for a variety or welding duties, including performing multiple welding processes, including fusion welding, on both, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, layout and fabrication of precision weldments from blueprints utilizing industry standard fabrication methods; meeting demands and completing work orders in a timely manner; ensuring availability and functioning of required items; and ensuring safety and resolving immediate safety concerns. Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in welding fabrication and design.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- The position is physically demanding and requires working in a fabrication shop environment with exposure to loud noises and changing temperatures.
- The position requires working in a fast - paced, high volume and quality-controlled fabrication shop.
- The position requires working in areas that may be under construction.
- The incumbent must be able to access work areas that may be accessible only by O.S.H.A approved site construction ladders or stairs that are under construction.
- Additionally, the position may require flexible work hours, ability to work evenings and weekends to complete a project on time.
- The incumbent may be required at times to work in the presence of customers while maintaining a professional and courteous image.
- Must wear an M.C. Dean hard hat and safety glasses at all times while on the job site.

Maintain trees, shrubs, groundcovers and flower beds (planting, fertilizing, mulching, watering, pruning, etc.)

Job Duty 1 -
Operate equipment to include chainsaw, chipper, auger, other power equipment such as water tanks and hand tools.
Job Duty 2 -
Assist tree surgeon with operational and safety issues including running rope, pruning, pruning, pulling and hauling branches, and monitoring site for bystanders and properties.
Job Duty 3 -
Participate in new tree care by assisting Tree Surgeon in planting, watering, fertilizing, staking and mulching. Manually prunes trees to 7 inches per campus standard.
Job Duty 4 -
Perform daily tasks including loading truck, Toro Lift, sharpening chainsaws, operating vehicles, checking fluids, dispensing gasoline and operating radios.
Job Duty 5 -
Assist in campus emergencies including tornado, hurricane, and ice and snow events cleanup.

Job Summary
Perform general landscape and grounds maintenance activities to include mowing, trimming and debris removal. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: supervisor and coworkers. This position typically will advise and counsel: NA. This position will supervise: NA.
Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Maintain trees, shrubs, groundcovers and flower beds (planting, fertilizing, mulching, watering, pruning, etc.)
Job Duty 2 -
Transport equipment and personnel via motor vehicle to and from job sites.
Job Duty 3 -
Perform lawn maintenance to include mowing, line trimming, edging, aeration, fertilization, lime application, etc.
Job Duty 4 -
Clear landscape and grounds of debris, trash, branches and leaves.
Job Duty 5 -
Empty trash receptacles, remove ice and clean storm drains.
Job Duty 6 -
Dig trenches, perform minor street and walkways repairs.
Job Duty 7 -
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Summary
Perform advanced custodial services and facilitate and/or oversee routine and detailed housekeeping operations to ensure assigned unit/facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner. This position will interact on a regular basis with: staff. This position typically will advise and counsel: staff. This position will supervise.
Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Assign and inspect custodial/housekeeping work and related projects/activities to maintain unit/facility cleanliness levels and appearance
Job Duty 2 -
Perform specialized cleaning operations necessary to ensure unit/facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner
Job Duty 3 -
Maintain supply inventory necessary to successfully perform routine and detailed custodial services
Job Duty 4 -
Respond to system-transmitted service requests
Job Duty 5 -
Transport custodial employees to and from work assignments, as necessary
Job Duty 6 -
Operate and/or maintain assigned power equipment related to custodial services, as required
Job Duty 7 -
Perform other duties as assigned
