You must be smart and are already admitted to the State Bar of California.

3. Ability to talk with clients and potential clients on the phone and in person. Ability to communicate effectively with Court Clerks.
4. Ability to do excellent legal research, including legal research on Westlaw, Court Drive and on PACER.
5. Knows how to file documents using ECF or willing to learn now.
6. Familiarity with Best Case Bankruptcy Software or other similar software or willing to learn.
7. Excellent persuasive writer and talker.
8. Very good computer skills.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities:
- Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable ride experience
- Entertain guests and calm their nerves as they board our world-class thrill machines
- Push buttons and pull switches to launch attractions through the course
- Make sure seatbelts are tight, loose items are secure, and lap bars are locked to keep guests safe
- Enforce rider restrictions and measure for height requirements
- Assist guests in and out of ride vehicles and cycle through the line efficiently and cautiously
- Keep ride patios and midways clean and looking great
- Act as a first responder to ride emergencies and respond appropriately
Pay Rate: $11.50/hr
Qualifications:- Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters
- After passing ride certification tests with 100% accuracy

- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and assist in developing appropriate anesthetic plans for a diverse surgical case mix (general, cardiac, ortho, OB, pediatrics)
- Obtain and/or verify informed consent and discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients as appropriate
- Oversee induction, maintenance, emergence, and physiologic monitoring; intervene when clinically necessary to ensure patient safety
- Document care accurately and promptly in Epic per site policies; adhere to quality, safety and compliance standards
- Collaborate with surgeons, nursing, and perioperative leadership to maintain high-quality patient care and throughput
- Be flexible to float to affiliated facilities (Scott's Hill Outpatient Surgery Center, New Hanover Orthopedic Hospital, Pender Medical Center) as coverage needs arise
