Overview:
Responsible for a broad spectrum of duties, covering all aspects of project management, including project planning, cost management, cost estimating, time/labor management, quality management, contract administration, and safety management. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of project management are successfully completed. Manages overall project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, project specific estimating, submittal/RFI procurement, document control, constructability resolutions, aspects of project accounting, project specific purchasing and safety, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversees the construction project from start to finish.

- Manages project estimating including all project changes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
- High degree of Division 6, 10, 12, 32 construction knowledge and analytical skills preferred.
- Strong ability to read and understand project plans and specifications.
- Robust experience with project planning, forecasting and cost Estimating.
- Proficiency with PC and software, including Microsoft Office, Digital Takeoff programs, Bluebeam, Onscreen Takeoff, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Timberline.
- A strong understanding of the critical importance of project safety.
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.

- 5+ years of experience in a machine shop, tool and die, fabrication, or precision machining environment.
- Associate’s degree or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Machining, Tool & Die, or related field.
- Experience supporting engineering prototyping, R&D, or manufacturing process development.
- Experience working in high-precision or prototype fabrication environments.
- Extensive experience operating manual lathes, manual mills, and other machine shop equipment.
- Strong background in tool and die making and custom fabrication.
- Experience using 3D modeling software for mechanical design or component development.
- Proficiency with MasterCam for CNC programming or machining support.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Proven ability to work independently, troubleshoot problems, and manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and machine shop best practices.

Job Description We have an opening within our Physician Office Sales Team.
Responsibilities: Growing and developing a territory of residual based medical supplies in assigned territory.
The team sells disposables, exam gloves, point of care tests, capital and diagnostics.
Healthcare personnel contacted include but are not limited to physician’s, nursing staff, office managers and those staff involved with purchasing.
Building relationships and developing a customer base of alternate site physician offices as well as hospital based practices Making new calls on a daily basis to develop new customers Working with manufacturers to present products to the physician community Prepare and deliver quotations for product Develop long term relationships with customer base Prepare and maintain a territory plan Create a grow a residual base of customers in the alternate site marketplace Train and learn new items to present to customers and explain the medical and fiscal benefits Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience.
Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment; Ability to present multiple product lines; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Stable work history; Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Due to the nature of an outside sales representative position, the ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site is required.

The anticipated compensation for this role includes a first-year guarantee of $100,000 with the potential to earn more.
This position consists of a $75,000 minimum base salary and is eligible for 100% commission/Spiffs.
This role is bonus eligible.
Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
