Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Mon/Wed onsite 7:00 AM 3:30 PM for elective OR + clinic; Mon/Wed call 3:30 PM 7:00 AM; Tue/Thu/Fri, weekends & holidays 24?hour call (7:00 AM 7:00 AM); Friday case conference 7:30 8:30 AM; 1?hour emergency response.
• Types of Cases: Open?heart/CT surgery, pericardial window/pericardiectomy, emergent pacemaker implant, lead extraction backup, PCI backup; two surgeons staffed to meet coverage.
• Credentialing: 60 - 90 days.

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC/BE by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery
• Residency/Fellowship: Completed Thoracic Surgery residency/fellowship
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
• License: Any active, full, unrestricted U.S. state/territory/DC license
