To maintain expert knowledge of Pelican food and beer list, providing detailed information to guests about our menu items. Responsible for providing exemplary guest service, communicating effectively and efficiently with FOH and BOH, and maintaining cleanliness and stocking of bar and facility.

Communicates effectively with team members to streamline information about any ticket issues or beer changes during shift.

Responsible for maintaining knowledge of Pelican beers and able to describe them accurately to guests and other team members.

Responsible for upholding all OLCC guidelines and reporting any incidents in the logbook and to a manager immediately.

Responsible for changing kegs and maintaining a general understanding of draft lines and troubleshooting.

Responsible for helping with inventory and ordering if needed.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Divisional Quality Manager

Position Summary

The Divisional Quality Manager is responsible for leading and standardizing quality systems across multiple Virginia Transformer manufacturing facilities. Reporting to the Director of Quality, this role ensures consistent execution of quality standards for custom-engineered power transformers serving utility, industrial, renewable, and critical infrastructure markets.

This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Test, Supply Chain, and Customer teams to improve first-pass yield, reduce rework and non-conformances, and ensure Virginia Transformer meets or exceeds customer, regulatory, and industry requirements.


Key Responsibilities

Divisional Quality Leadership

  • Lead divisional quality initiatives across assigned Virginia Transformer plants, ensuring alignment with corporate quality strategy.
  • Serve as the senior quality escalation point for plant leadership on significant quality issues.
  • Support the Director of Quality in establishing divisional KPIs, quality objectives, and continuous improvement priorities.

Manufacturing & Test Quality

  • Drive quality performance across transformer manufacturing, assembly, and test operations.
  • Partner with Test Lab leadership to ensure compliance with IEEE, ANSI, IEC, and customer-specific test requirements.
  • Improve first-pass yield, reduce scrap and rework, and strengthen process control throughout manufacturing and testing.

Compliance, Audits & Certifications

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards.
  • Lead internal audits and support external audits, including:
  • Utility and industrial customer audits
  • Certification body audits
  • Regulatory and third-party inspections
  • Drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with sustained results.

Supplier & Incoming Quality

  • Partner with Supply Chain and Supplier Quality to improve incoming material quality for core steel, coils, insulation systems, bushings, tap changers, and other critical components.

  • Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Customer Quality & Issue Resolution

  • Support customer quality reviews and performance reporting.

Data, Metrics & Continuous Improvement

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field.

Job Summary


The Territory Sales Representative has a responsibility to meet and exceed sales objectives in their assigned geography while in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory standards. The territory sales representative will work to understand and identify customer needs, aligning appropriate resources and all pull through activities. Essential Job Responsibilities


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Drives sales performance to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain advanced product and disease state expertise to effectively engage Gastroenterologists, Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and office-staff delivering clinically focused messages introducing a new treatment option and overcoming objections.
  • Continuously builds understanding of territory market dynamics and market access opportunities accelerating pull through by effectively communicating with HCPs and office staff.
  • Works closely with Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists (SAS) to effectively develop territory business plans to achieve sales goals.

Job Summary


The Territory Sales Representative has a responsibility to meet and exceed sales objectives in their assigned geography while in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory standards. The territory sales representative will work to understand and identify customer needs, aligning appropriate resources and all pull through activities. The territory sales representative will acquire advanced product and disease state knowledge that allows for in-depth engagement with all health care professionals. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this individual will promote the company's first ever product calling on Gastroenterologists, Advanced Practice Practitioners (APPs) and select Primary Care Physicians in assigned territory to achieve sales goals. The territory sales representative will work closely with peers, Regional Sales Managers, and commercial colleagues to achieve territory, region, and corporate goals.


Essential Job Responsibilities


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Drives sales performance to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain advanced product and disease state expertise to effectively engage Gastroenterologists, Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and office-staff delivering clinically focused messages introducing a new treatment option and overcoming objections.
  • Continuously builds understanding of territory market dynamics and market access opportunities accelerating pull through by effectively communicating with HCPs and office staff.
  • Works closely with Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists (SAS) to effectively develop territory business plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Works with peers, marketing, training, and sales operations driving operational execution and sharing best practices.
  • Meets all administrative management responsibilities including effective use of CRM, and expense reporting.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Two years or more of successful medical sales experience (e.g., dental, medical device, laboratory, diagnostics) or one year pharmaceutical sales experience; GI Specialty experience preferred
  • Proven and consistent track record of success in sales performance

Position Overview

Virginia Transformer Corporation is seeking an experienced Metal Fabrication Manager to lead fabrication operations at our Troutville, Virginia Junction Box manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing all metal fabrication activities including sheet metal processing, welding, forming, and assembly preparation for junction box components used in transformer systems.


The Metal Fabrication Manager will ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and cost control. Key Responsibilities

Fabrication Operations Leadership

  • Manage daily operations of the metal fabrication department, including sheet metal processing, cutting, forming, and welding.
