Become the Quality/Risk Director you've always aspired to be
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, accrediting bodies, corporate and hospital policies, and procedures. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assessment and improvement programs.
- Assess compliance with federal, state, and industry regulatory and accreditation standards, facilitating processes to remediate and/or maintain compliance. Provide organizational education related to regulations and standards and coordinate local, state, federal, and accreditation surveys.
- Use a variety of applications (including, but not limited to, PatCom, UDS, ORYX, and Press Ganey) to identify improvement opportunities, generate reports, research issues, identify resources, and access external databases.
- Ensure the update and maintenance of hospital plans, including the Provision of Care/Scope of Services, Leadership, Information Management, Utilization Review, Infection Control, and Patient Safety plans. Oversee risk management activities, including completion of incident reports, notice of potential claims, corrective action planning, and incident reporting to the Corporate Risk Manager.
- Coordinate the review, development, and implementation of hospital policies.
- .Communicate and collaborate with other departments to coordinate care and promptly resolve patient concerns or complaints.

Become the Case Management Director you've always aspired to be
- Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations and human resource management of the Case Management department.
- Oversee the interdisciplinary plan of care and the discharge planning process to ensure the effectiveness and appropriateness of services with a central focus on census management, patient care outcomes, and key care indicators.
- Act as a patient and family advocate, ensuring that services are delivered to meet the needs of patients and their families.
- Provide guidance and support to Case Managers and other staff, including training on managing caseloads and interpreting regulations, policies, operational procedures, and objectives. Review operations to ensure a high level of quality consistent with organizational standards.
- Build relationships with insurance companies, self-insured employers, case management firms, and other healthcare networks.

Qualifications
- Current CCM® or ACMTM certification is preferred.
- Must be qualified to independently complete an assessment within the scope of practice of his/her discipline.
- If licensure is required for the discipline within the hospital's state, individual must hold an active license.
- For Nursing, must possess bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) with RN licensure.
- For other eligible health care professionals, must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree; a graduate degree is preferred.
- Three years of hospital-based Case Management experience, including Utilization Review and Discharge Planning experience.
- May be required to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings and/or night shifts.
- May be required to work on religious and/or legal holidays on scheduled days/shifts.

Become the Business Development Director you've always aspired to be
- Reviews, evaluates, and monitors critical numbers and progress towards goals.
- Understands and manages:
- The operational and financial metrics.
- All marketing operations, including hiring and recruiting staff.
- The admission processes.
- The reimbursement system.
- Communicates opportunity and threats in the marketplace to senior management.
- Identifies new and repackaging existing product lines in collaboration with hospital leadership.
Qualifications
- Driver's license and acceptable driving record according to company policy.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a marketing representative, or nurse liaison in a healthcare environment.
- Bachelor's degree in related area preferred.
- Successful track record in leading, managing or direct sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare environment.
- Physician relations, Case manager, Managed care, knowledge of local healthcare market preferred.
