PLM Assistant | French Connection

The PLM Assistant is the PLM expert on the French Connection team. Initiates and manages all styles being bought in PLM or sales/production/technical design teams in order for them to be made into tech packs. Key Accountabilities:
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Owns the Gerber YuniquePLM data entry process from Tech Pack initiation to style building, BOMS, and edits for French Connection
- Complete tech packs for all purchase orders that go out for lines and special buys
- Make updates and corrections to tech packs if anything needs to be altered
- Communicates cross-functionally to other departments to ensure styles bought flows forward from PLM to production platforms seamlessly
- Maintains communication and check- ins with factories and teams to ensure product life cycle efficiency
- Daily communications with overseas factories
Gerber YuniquePLM:
- Serves as the Gerber YuniquePLM link between the Design and Production teams for all issues related to Gerber YuniquePLM
- Updates Gerber YuniquePLM with any changes after fitting to ensure accuracy
- Inputs changes, as appropriate, to ensure style/SKU accuracy and follows up with teams/factories with confirmation
Trim Development:
- Partners with Design team for trim development and trim approvals
- Organize trim approval records
Education and Experience:

Success Profile:
The Product Development Associate works closely with the design team to develop seasonal collections through fabric/trim and sample management. They will work closely with mills to manage and track fabric delivery to allocated factories. They will work closely with factories to manage and track completed samples for their correct and timely arrival for market. Position Summary
The Product Line Manager will oversee the strategy, performance, and lifecycle of a portfolio of broadband connectivity products. This role sits at the intersection of product management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations.
A major focus of this role will be on new product development. The successful candidate will help identify market opportunities, guide product development efforts, and support product launches while managing a complex portfolio of more than 10,000 scalable SKUs.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Portfolio Management
• Own the strategy and financial performance (P&L) of a broadband connectivity product portfolio
• Manage and prioritize a large product portfolio consisting of more than 10,000 scalable SKUs
• Identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into product initiatives
• Monitor competitive activity, industry trends, and evolving broadband technologies
New Product Development
• Lead new product development initiatives in partnership with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing teams

Customer and Sales Support

The Desktop Support Analyst provides advanced technical support to end users across the organization, ensuring reliable operation of desktop systems, laptops, mobile devices, virtual desktops, and enterprise applications.
This role serves as the escalation point for Level 1 support and is responsible for resolving complex technical issues in both physical desktop and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
The technician works closely with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams to diagnose and resolve incidents while delivering excellent customer service to business users within a regulated financial services environment.
End User Support
- Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support users accessing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments including troubleshooting login issues, session performance problems, profile issues, and application access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and connectivity issues escalated from Level 1 support.
- Support Microsoft Windows environments across both physical endpoints and virtual desktops.
- Assist users with enterprise productivity applications and internal business systems.
- Provide support for conference room technology, printers, and collaboration platforms.
VDI & Remote Workspace Support
- Provide technical support for VDI platforms such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- VDI session connectivity
- Authentication and access issues
- Profile loading or roaming profile errors
- Performance and latency problems
- Application delivery within virtual environments
- Assist with testing and validating VDI updates, patches, and environment changes.
- Work with infrastructure and virtualization teams to escalate and resolve backend VDI platform issues.
Device & Endpoint Management
- Configure, deploy, and maintain corporate workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage devices using enterprise endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Jamf, or similar).
- Perform software installations, upgrades, and patching in accordance with IT standards.
- Maintain hardware inventory and asset records and ensure compliance with asset management policies.
- Support endpoint connectivity to VDI platforms and remote access solutions.
Incident & Service Request Management
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents related to desktop systems, VDI sessions, applications, and connectivity.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions within the ServiceNow.
- Meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) and service quality targets.
- Escalate issues to infrastructure, virtualization, or engineering teams when necessary.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure endpoints and virtual desktop sessions comply with corporate security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, encryption, and access controls.
- Assist with remediation of endpoint or VDI-related security incidents.
- Maintain awareness of security and compliance standards common in financial services environments.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with network, infrastructure, virtualization, cybersecurity, and application teams to resolve issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in technology rollouts, system upgrades, and office moves.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities

This position is responsible for the successful ingress of client data into Press Ganey databases. Client data is used to generate surveys (mail, phone and email) and to capture patient, employee and demographics for.
Job Duties:
- Creating new and updating existing InfoTurn import templates: Working in the TESTINFO & INFOTURN databases to create templates that will capture records from client uploads. Writing logical expressions to pull data from the files as necessary. Working with Account Managers and client IT contacts to verify upload settings such as languages, sampling, precodes, etc... Using tools to test and validate data. Submits for quality inspection by Senior/Lead EDI. Create FTP account and train client on the transmission process. Monitor uploads after implementation to ensure data imports are successful.
- EDI Cases: works independently to address open EDI cases. Writes advanced SQL statements to troubleshoot and define error causes. Reviews and deciphers FTP Server logs to troubleshoot and resolve advanced connection issues. Removes/alters data residing in the InfoTurn database and coordinates approval from appropriate departments (i.e. InfoTurn, Public Reporting, DAR, Client Experience). Upon request from Client Experience, Patient Advisory Services, Public Reporting or the client, the Senior EDI researches uploaded data concerning records processed, duplicates, errors, mailed, undeliverable, data integrity, FTP connection issues, etc... via V-Train (SQL), Intranet reports, Modify demograph, File Import Explorer, Ppatdemo, File Parser, Ultra-Edit, WS_FTP and/or visual inspection of the imported files.
- Communication: Work with both client and PG staff to coordinate the receipt of test data, data-mapping, and live updates. Explain upload methods and required changes to data. Document and communicate account status to client contacts, Client Experience, Public Reporting and Sales.
- Serve as the assigned EDI resource for large enterprise clients. Manage onboarding of new enterprise clients. Manage and implement newly purchased services and changes to existing client file layout(s). Attend scheduled, recurring and impromptu meetings regarding implementation and service issues. Provide ongoing support for all transmission, configuration and data integrity issues.
- Complete SRF update requests: Update import templates according to custom SRF changes not performed by SRF automation. Including add/remove languages, exclusions, custom expressions, custom lookups, etc... Test and validate data by importing data into the test info database and review stored data to assure accuracy.
- Provide phone support: Answer incoming client phone calls. Address issues relating to imported data, upload file errors, FTP transmission and connection errors. Provide second level support for issues escalated from Associate EDI Specialists and EDI Specialists. Provide direction, correct configuration issues or escalate to Lead EDI, EDI Manager or development teams. Attend scheduled client conference calls.
- Training and mentoring: Assist with training EDI new hires on various subject matters including PG developed applications, off the shelf applications, database structure and PG/EDI policies and procedures. Assist with training new hire Account Managers on Import Maintenance/SRF, CRM and Sales Force. Mentor Associate EDI Specialists, EDI Specialists and Account Managers as needed. Address questions from other departments.
- Participates in planning, user acceptance testing and testing of deployed bug fixes/feature enhancements. Works with developer teams to test and troubleshoot new software/hardware technology products.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $54,000to $70,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus tied to achieved results.
