Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Manhattan, NY

Salary: $160K-$170K + Benefits

We are partnered with a well-established General Contractor specializing in high-quality commercial interior buildouts across Manhattan. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team.

This is a great opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering fast-paced, high-end interior projects for corporate offices, retail spaces, and other commercial environments across New York City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate closely with site superintendents and field teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
• Strong background in commercial interior fit-out / tenant improvement projects
• Experience managing projects in New York City / Manhattan preferred
• Ability to manage multiple fast-track projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, budgets, and scheduling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar)
