A well-established commercial drywall and interior systems contractor is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager for its Orlando office due to continued growth across Florida.

This is a senior-level role for someone who can take full ownership of large commercial projects and manage multiple jobs at the same time.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering commercial drywall / interior systems projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with senior leadership and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Managing multiple large commercial drywall projects
• Full responsibility for project delivery – budget, programme, and quality
• Managing relationships with General Contractors and clients
• Procurement of subcontractors and materials
• Cost control, change orders, and forecasting
• Running project meetings and reporting to senior management
• Supporting the growth of the Orlando office

• Drywall and finishing

Projects range from mid-size commercial jobs through to large, complex interior packages.
