Position: Electrical Estimator

Position Overview:



This position is responsible for working with the Estimating Group to provide complete proposal packages for client turnover. The individual filling this role will be responsible for estimating projects the size and scope of up to $25M, depending on the complexity of the project and the amount of self-performance work.



Job Duties:

· Estimate projects the size and scope of up to $25MM, depending on the complexity of the project and the amount of self-performance work.

· Attend pre-bid meetings.

· Read and understand all bid documents. These are to include all drawings, scope of work, contract documents and project specific specifications.

· Draft pre-estimate checklist & opportunity matrix based on information from the bid documents and pre-bid meeting. Ability to quickly establish ROM pricing for further evaluation of opportunities.

· Set up bid review meetings.

· Review Request for Information (RFIs) to address questions throughout the bid process.

· Perform quantity take-offs and review junior estimator takeoffs and, if necessary, enter into estimating software.

· Assign labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to the task quantities.

· Support Junior Estimator in work with subcontractors and vendors for pricing. Expectation of three estimates per trade or material.

· Understand project requirements and assign indirect costs.

· Capacity to break projects down to a granular level to establish the work breakdown structure that can be directly transferred to the project reporting/coding structure.

· Generate cashflow table and project risk analysis reports and associated contingency evaluation.

· Generate all submittals called for in the RFQ.

· Compile all exceptions & clarifications.

· Generate project schedule and resource loading reports.

· Lead bid review meetings and provide information, as necessary.

· If awarded, compile all bid information, and disseminate it into appropriate project folder files. Lead project turnover meetings, work with operations throughout the pre-con phase.

· Apply pragmatic analysis of overall project execution process to ensure estimate reflects the efficient execution of the project.



Skills/Qualifications:

· Minimum of 8 years’ experience in electrical construction estimating

· Must be 18 years of age or older.

· Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle & have a Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

OR

· Bachelor’s degree in construction management / engineering or other relevant discipline with 5 years' experience in Industrial Construction

· Scheduling experience with MSP or P6.

· Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

· Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite emphasis on Project Schedule and Xcel Tracking



Preferred Skills:

· Direct experience in Commercial and Industrial construction.

· Accubid Estimating Software Experience preferred.

This position entails the fabrication and assembly of complex Space flight cable and harnesses assemblies from drawings, schematics, wire lists, or engineering sketches in conformance with government specifications and workmanship standards. Assembly is performed in a professional atmosphere in an ESD and FOD awareness area. Regular use of soldering iron, tweezers, heat guns, and other common hand tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

  • Accurately enter, maintain, and update transactional data within the ERP system to ensure inventory and financial integrity.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouses and toll manufacturers to obtain required documentation and close transactions in a timely manner, including production orders, purchase orders, and transfer orders.
  • Request and review batch reports, bills of lading, and invoices, using the information to complete ERP transactions and support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
  • Generate purchase orders and support buyers and production planners with transfer orders and delivery coordination for bulk and packaged products.
  • Arrange transportation and delivery of finished goods to packaging and storage warehouses.
  • Routinely review ERP data to identify aged or incomplete transactions and proactively drive resolution.

  • Update railcar cleaning timelines, release dates, destinations, and completion timelines daily as changes occur.

Consignment, VMI, and Toller Raw Material Management

  • Manage inbound supply flows for consignment, VMI, and toller raw materials, including oversight of the end‑to‑end railcar process.
  • Manage STO movements into and out of toller sites, including:
  • Creating STOs on a rolling four‑week horizon based on site requirements.
  • Pulling outbound deliveries from SAP and coordinating weekly with tollers to confirm shipment dates.
  • Posting Goods Issue (PGI) upon railcar departure and receipt of BOL documentation within 24 hours.
  • Monitoring railcar ETAs and coordinating with destination sites upon arrival.
  • Posting Goods Receipt (PGR) promptly once railcars arrive at destination sites.
  • Provide weekly reporting to CSR, Supply Chain, and toller sites detailing railcar numbers, locations, expected ETAs, inventory levels, and estimated days of supply (DOS).
  • Lead weekly transloading meetings to review shipment status, process performance, and upcoming needs with all required stakeholders.
  • Leverage IBP tools to anticipate material movements for consignment, VMI, and raw materials, supporting both execution and reporting.

Essential Job Functions:

- Perform initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mobility, coordination, strength and current level of function.
- Responsible for administration, evaluation, and interpretation of tests and measurements to determine functional goals and outcomes.

- Provide a written evaluation and plan of care defining occupational therapy needs, goals, progress and expected outcomes.
- Delivery of occupational therapy services to comply with prescribed physician orders.
- Maintains plan of care by performing timely documentation of client performance, modifying goals and treatment as needed, and determine discharge care plans as appropriate.
- Responsible for discharge planning, including collaborating and educating the patient and his/her caretakers on home exercise plan to follow discharge.
- Participates in coordination of services with health care team, physicians, parent/guardians, nurses, etc.

- Documents according to policy and procedure and requires minimal supervision or instruction.
- Documents effectively resulting in no technical or clinical denials subsequent to review of documentation by payers
- Maintain effective communication between staff, healthcare team members and family. Serve as a resource consultant for clinical staff.
- Supervises other personnel (OTA, HHA) as applicable.
- Completes OASIS assessments where allowed by state professional practice and regulation.

Requirements:

- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university/program.
- Current, unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Valid CPR, Drivers License and Proof of Automobile Insurance

Preferred:

- Experience in Home Health Therapy and completion of OASIS documentation

Position Overview

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team!
