Summary
The people and technology that power our Group business work in the Employee Benefit Solutions Technology (EBST) organization within Enterprise Technology. As a member of the Partner Data Exchange (PDX) team, you will help design, build, and support systems that enable how Securian exchanges critical employee and client data with internal platforms, external partners, and administrators.
PDX plays a key role in the end to end client experience by ensuring that eligibility, enrollment, and coverage data is accurate, timely, and reliable. The systems supported by this team directly influence how easily clients onboard, how effectively partners integrate, and how confidently downstream teams can serve our Employee Benefits Solutions (EBS) customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and support of systems that ingest, validate, transform, and distribute client and employee data
- Learn and apply best practices for building and consuming RESTbased APIs that support internal platforms and external partners
- Support both filebased and APIdriven data exchange solutions, with guidance from senior engineers
- Develop an understanding of how data quality, timeliness, and system behavior impact the client and administrator experience
- Assist with enhancements and defect resolution in existing systems, including batch processing and integrations

About the Role

In this Teacher role, you will be providing specialized instruction in one or more subject areas to clients in order to help them learn the subject matter and/or skills.
Our teachers work daily 8 hours, year-round, in our residential facilities, and earn generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays.

* Paid Training Advancement Opportunities Job Duties: • Employ a wide variety of instructional methods, behavioral tools, and materials that are most appropriate for meeting standard operating procedures and educational objectives that are outlined in the school curriculum.
• Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the clients’ maturity.
• Create and maintain accurate client/administrative documents such as daily attendance and grade books; summarize achievements in reports for assigned clients including attendance and behavior.
• Develop daily lesson plans and completes all required educational paperwork • Participate as an educational team member in coordination with the clients, staff, and school and represents the program in professional meetings, family meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops.

Salary: $29.00-$32.00 hourly Job Type: Full-time Must pass a drug test and both federal and state background checks! Position Summary The Physical Development Specialist implements the Regulation and Movement Program (RAMP), a targeted stabilization strategy designed to reduce behavioral escalation among high-risk youth through structured physical activity and physiological regulation techniques.
Youth served at Abraxas Academy often operate in a state of heightened physiological activation due to trauma exposure, impulsivity, and environmental stressors.
This role addresses the underlying biological drivers of behavior by providing proactive, movement-based interventions that reduce escalation, improve self-regulation, and enhance overall program stability.
This position is not traditional recreation or supervision.
The Physical Development Specialist uses exercise science principles as a behavioral intervention, integrating cardiovascular activity, structured programming, and recovery techniques to support emotional and behavioral regulation.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Targeted Caseload Intervention Maintain a caseload of youth identified as high risk for behavioral escalation Conduct individual and small-group sessions focused on cardiovascular engagement and regulation Facilitate structured activities such as basketball, soccer, interval training, agility drills, and cycling Provide guided coaching during activity to support emotional awareness and behavioral choices Assist youth in identifying triggers and practicing alternative responses Deliver proactive interventions to reduce the likelihood of crisis behavior 2.
Structured Recreation Leadership Design and implement structured recreation programming across residential units Minimize idle time and reduce unstructured or chaotic activities Increase safe cardiovascular intensity and engagement levels Establish organized team formats that reinforce discipline and accountability Collaborate with and train unit staff on maintaining structure, safety, and behavioral expectations during movement activities Support consistent implementation of program standards across shifts 3.
Regulation and Recovery Integration Integrate physiological regulation techniques into programming, including: Tactical breathing Heart rate monitoring and recovery training Mobility and flexibility work Collaborate with external specialists (e.g., yoga or wellness instructors) to enhance programming Facilitate short, guided recovery sessions to promote down-regulation following physical activity Teach youth strategies to intentionally transition from activation to calm 4.

Summary The position maintains and repairs physical structures, vehicles, and mechanical systems of the facility and adjacent grounds through the use of proper maintenance methods and materials.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Performs general maintenance such as making repairs to buildings, vehicles, and equipment.
Maintains records of completed work, purchases, work orders, supplies, and time schedules.
Asses need and advise appropriate manager of non-routine or major repairs or problems.
Responsible for the timely documentation of all maintenance issues.
Prepare a monthly schedule to determine whether work to be completed.
Monitors projects through completion by providing regular updates to appropriate supervisor.
Inspects all fire equipment monthly and records observations.
Maintains working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations as they relate to the maintenance industry.
Works with all types of building trades equipment (various saws, scaffolding, ladders, hand tools and power equipment) and possesses the necessary skills required to operate these tools and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Ability to work with all types of piping (PVC, copper, black iron, etc.) and the necessary tools required by each type.
Ability to work with various electrical voltages (120, 208, 12, 277) in the various phases (single and three phase).
Available on call after hours for non-emergency and emergency maintenance situations.
