Role Overview
Were hiring a Senior Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist to serve as the hands on expert in Adobe Analytics (AA), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). This role is focused on implementation excellence  configuring instrumentation, ensuring accurate data capture, preparing AEP datasets for analysis, and building CJA data views and dashboards that deliver reliable insights.
This role supports the end to end analytics foundation across Adobe Analytics CJA AEP, ensuring data is modeled, stitched, joined, and validated so downstream solutions work reliably.
 

Key Responsibilities
Implementation Leadership Adobe Launch, AEP Web SDK, Tagging
"    Lead Adobe Launch (Tags) and AEP Web SDK/Edge Network implementations, including tagging configuration, event mapping, and QA across environments.
"    Develop and maintain data layer specifications, event taxonomies, tracking patterns, and documentation frameworks.
"    Write and maintain Solution Design References (SDRs) capturing event-level instrumentation.
"    Conduct detailed instrumentation QA, validating accuracy, identity behavior, and end-to-end data integrity.
Adobe Analytics Configuration & Migration Support
"    Configure Adobe Analytics variables (events, props, eVars) to support clean ingestion and alignment with AEP datasets.
"    Audit existing Adobe Analytics setups and support transition toward CJA based analysis.
"    Ensure Adobe Analytics event structures align to XDM expectations and AEP stitching requirements.
AEP Data Modeling & Dataset Preparation
"    Contribute to AEP XDM schema definition, identity namespace setup, and dataset configuration.
"    Validate dataset ingestion (batch & streaming), schema mapping, identity stitching, and join readiness.
"    Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure stable ingestion flows from SDK AEP CJA.
CJA Configuration, Joins & Dashboarding
"    Set up and maintain CJA Connections across AEP datasets.
"    Configure Data Views, including joins, identity mapping, component governance, calculated metrics, and filters.
"    Build CJA Workspace dashboards for lifecycle reporting, funnel analysis, product insights, and operational visibility.
"    Apply consistent naming, structuring, and governance patterns for scalable reporting.
Cross-Solution Alignment
"    Ensure tracking and dataset structures support downstream segmentation, activation, and journey measurement use cases.
"    Partner with internal solution leads across data, workflow, content, and activation to ensure end to end data integrity.
"    Provide clarity on how instrumentation decisions impact cross-platform behavior in AEP and CJA.
 

Required Qualifications

Position Summary:
Position will be the system Transfusion Medicine manager, overseeing the Transfusion Medicine departments at all sites. This position will be a member of the Sayre Lab Leadership Team. This position will have the responsibility for the technical aspects of all testing within all Transfusion Medicine departments for the system. This position will be responsible to organize the workflow to result in optimum efficiency utilizing appropriate metrics to maximize the departmental operational efficiencies. The department manager will collaborate with departmental pathologist and other known experts on such technical issues as technical procedures, Quality Assurance, and appropriateness of testing. The Transfusion Medicine manager will report directly to the Director of the Clinical Lab. The Transfusion Medicine Manager will be expected to oversee, assist, and guide the Transfusion Medicine department at Sayre, as well as provide guidance to the Transfusion Medicine departments, Medical Directors and Administrative Directors at affiliated sites.
Education, License & Cert:
Must meet the qualifications of a Laboratory Manager as defined by the New York State Department of Health, Pennsylvania Department of Health and CLIA. Certification as a Medical Technologist by the ASCP Board of Registry or Board eligible preferred.
Experience:
Experienced Medical Technologist with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in their respective specialty. Certification by ASCP Board of Registry or Board eligible is preferred. Certification as Specialist in Blood Bank by ASCP Board of Registry or equivalent is a plus.

5. Has primary responsibility for validation of all new equipment, instruments, testing procedures, and computer software updates for the Transfusion Medicine department in the Sayre Lab areas of responsibility as well as provide appropriate guidance to affiliate Transfusion Medicine sites.
6. Has primary responsibility for training staff at the Sayre Lab on all new equipment, instruments and testing procedures.

Labor and Delivery is seeking a skilled and compassionate full time Surgical Technologist to join our dedicated maternity team.

The schedule is 36 hours per week with day/night rotating schedule, including weekends.

This position plays a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality care for mothers and newborns during labor, delivery and recovery.

The L&D Surg Tech is responsible for preparing surgical suites, maintaining sterile field, assisting with C-sections and other obstetrical procedures, and ensuring all instruments and equipment are properly cleaned and handled.

Our Labor & Delivery Unit is a Level III referral center, which provides care to both normal and high-risk laboring and ante partum patients.

Approximately 4,200 babies are born each year at UNC Medical Center.

Several thousand patients are also seen in the triage area.

In addition, our providers and staff perform numerous high-risk procedures such as vaginal and cerclage placements, amniocentesis and versions as well as various fetal procedures, including IUTs, fetal shunt placements and exit procedures.

Responsibilities:


This program focuses on supporting activities related to process development, optimizations and designs of portable, modular gas-to-methanol technologies in partnership with M2X Energy Inc., which involves, but is not limited to:



  • Development and review of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).


  • Creation and support of CAD drawings for equipment layouts, skid assemblies, and process components.


  • Design, assembly, and experimentation with benchtop instruments, including data acquisition and analysis.


  • Basic process control support and maintenance of engineering and manufacturing documentation.


  • Assembly, modification, and operation of flow reactors and adsorption testing systems (such as breakthrough rigs) to generate data for pressure swing adsorption (PSA) modeling and validation.


  • Participation in chemical laboratory experiments and processes, including but not limited to testing adsorbent materials to enhance methane recovery from renewable natural gas streams.


  • Preparation of written and oral reports summarizing experimental results, processes, and findings.



Minimum Qualifications:

Enrollment or recent completion in an engineering or science undergraduate program and basic proficiency in one or more of the following: chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or chemistry with scientific lab work.

  • Experience with process diagrams and CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and interpreting or drafting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).

  • (For patient care providers) Provides nursing care, ensures an environment of patient safety, promotes evidence-based practice and quality initiatives, and exhibits professionalism in nursing practice within the model of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®. 

  • Performs decontamination process procedures. 

  • Performs assembly process and procedures. 

  • Performs sterilization process and procedures.  

  • Performs sterile storage and inventory control process procedures. 

  • Performs case cart preparation process utilizing appropriate pick sheets/preference cards. 

 

Other Responsibilities: 

  • Performs above duties independently in multiple specialties.  

  • Works proficiently without direct supervision.  

  • Informs immediate supervisor or in-charge tech of inventory shortages and missing instrumentation.  

  • Maintains a safe work environment. 

  • Prioritizes workload.  

  • Identifies various surgical instrumentation accurately. 

  • Responsible for using proper packaging and processing techniques. 

  • Communicates back-order information and facilities appropriate substitutions.  

  • Responsible for Proper Quality Assurance Documentation. 

  • Participates in and fosters a performance improvement approach that includes both intra-departmental and interdepartmental activities. 

  • Responsible for compliance with Organizational Integrity through raising questions and  

  • promptly reporting actual or potential wrongdoing. 

  • All other duties as assigned.  

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Education: High School graduate or equivalent 

  • License / Certification:  N/A    

  • Experience:  Preferred, but not required 

  • Effective Communication Skills 

  • Effective mathematical skills. 

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and willingness to participate in a team environment. 

  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
