We are looking for experienced CNC Machinists for second and third shifts. Custom machining including setup and run, while applying your knowledge of machining principles, shop math, blueprint reading, GD&T.
Job Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, routing instructions, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations and setup requirements.
- Properly select, align and secure work holding. Must be able to improvise setups using common tooling such as risers, angle plates etc.
- Monitor and/or develop speed, feed, depth or angle of cut during machining operations.
- Must observe machine operation to predict or detect malfunctions or out of tolerance machining conditions and adjust machine controls /control media as required.
- Verify that all machined details meet print and router specifications, using precision measuring instruments and recording data results. Responsible to ensure first piece inspection is completed for multiple piece runs.
- Monitor and maintain proper cleanliness of machine and work area on a daily basis.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of trade school, vocational education or apprenticeship
- A minimum of three to five years of CNC machining experience
- General machining knowledge, shop math, precision measuring instruments, blueprint reading and GD&T
- Part and tool probing
- Experience with high speed machining preferred (16 - 27k RPM)
- Some openings may require specialized experience with particular machining processes or equipment
- Experience with Siemens 840D Control software a plus

We are looking for experienced Welders for second and third shifts. Custom fabrication including layout and fitting while applying your knowledge of welding principles, shop math, blueprint reading, GD&T.
Job Duties
- Building complex assemblies by performing the layout, fit-up, assembly and welding operations.
- Certify to multiple weld specifications as required for different materials and weld processes.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, drawings, routing instructions, manuals, specifications and procedures to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished weldment.
- Measuring, marking and scribing dimensions and reference points on material or work pieces as guides for subsequent machining or fabrication operations as required by router instructions and good shop practice.
- Using precision measurement instruments.
- Operating hand tools and other shop equipment such as grinders, positioners, turn rolls.
- Perform material handling of large weldments using overhead cranes, using proper lifting techniques with high degree of attention to safety.
- May operate fork truck, with certification requirements
- Ensure proper data entry of inspection and other information into computer system.
- Monitor and maintain proper cleanliness and function of equipment and work area on a daily basis.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of trade school or vocational education or appropriate work experience in welding
- General welding knowledge, shop math, precision measuring instruments, blueprint reading and welding symbols
- Must have MIG and TIG welding experience; physical weld test will be required in selection process to meet minimum criteria for qualification.
- Material familiarity with carbon and stainless steel, nickel-based alloys and aluminum

MMR is seeking Project Engineer candidates with a degree in Construction Management or industry related equivalent. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following:
- Assist with organization, planning, scheduling, and subcontractor scheduling of the project
- Handle day to day issues with meeting deadlines within budget
- Assist with developing job tracking systems including schedule, productivity, and cost
- Maintaining and updating tracking systems, schedules, cost reports

Position Summary
We are seeking a Field Service Repair Technician to work out of our Milwaukee Service Center. The FS Repair Technician involves troubleshooting and repairing turbines, stators, and rotors in generators at customer locations. The candidate will learn to operate test equipment, diagnose issues, and determine necessary repairs. Responsibilities include assisting in testing components, using precision measuring instruments, and working under close supervision with inspections. The role also involves coordinating field service tooling and maintaining a professional image at job sites. The candidate should have a strong desire to advance to the Generator Technician position.
Essential Duties
- Help to construct and operate testing equipment to identify problems and determine necessary field service.
- Assist with paperwork, including test data, daily logs, job information, timesheets, and final reports.
- Learn procedures for rewinding, re-wedging, re-blocking, rebuilding stator bars/coils or cores, and repairing turbines and related components.
- Gain knowledge in winding insulation, curing, cooling stator bars/coils, and blocking bars/coils.
- Build and assemble slot wedges into stator core grooves.
- Acquire skills in stator core construction methods, including flooding, end winding, side bar packing, top and bottom filler, and resistance temperature detectors.
- Work with various resins and solvents.
- Become proficient with various hand and power tools.
- Learn to operate a portable milling machine and wire welding procedures.
- Help inventory and ensure supplies and equipment are in good working order before and after job site visits.
- Operate overhead cranes and lift trucks properly.
- Maintain a simplified tooling process by ensuring all responsible parties for a field project are aware of all tools sent out.
- Prepare purchase requisitions for tooling, materials, and chemicals, coordinating with various suppliers.
- Customize tooling designs or fabrication with various departments.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of field service tooling to job sites.
- Inspect tools, including calibration and restocking, and follow procedures for testing electrical equipment.
- Coordinate the calibration of tooling and fabricate or modify as needed.
- Develop a mindset for service and courtesy.
- Perform other tasks requiring similar or lesser skills, usually of short duration to meet field service requirements.

Education and Required Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Trade or Technical Degree in a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience with working knowledge of shop practices and basic electrical and mechanical fundamentals, gained through vocational training.
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in a similar or related role or 1-3 years’ experience in power generation field service, in lieu of vocational training.
- Cooperative work crew skills, as work is performed at field locations.
- Proficient in basic arithmetic operations, including decimals and fractions, and able to use formulas, blueprints, specifications, and tables.
- Skilled in using various precision measuring instruments. Familiarity with hand tools.
- Capable of operating overhead cranes and fork trucks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn new software programs, such as Oracle for purchase requisitions.
- Previous experience in millwright, carpentry, welding, electrical, or HVAC roles preferred.
- Knowledgeable in Asbestos abatement and lead awareness training preferred.
- Possess a valid driver’s license for travel to customer sites.
- Must be able to pass requirements to gain unescorted access to a nuclear facility.

Position Outline
Due to the continued growth and expansion of our business, we are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Distribution Technician based in our Freeport, Texas office
The Distribution Technician will be assigned onsite at client location in Freeport, Texas.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Performs necessary work and tasks in inspecting, loading, and unloading tank wagons and rail cars; and performs necessary work and tasks to unload, fill, and load drums. 40% time
- Maintains current, detailed knowledge and understanding of all shipping equipment, chemicals that are loaded or unloaded, and contents of Shipping Procedures. 35% time
- Maintains and records all inventory changes and performs all necessary work and tasks for the blending of products. 10% time

Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):
- We are seeking a Senior Nuclear Scheduler to support major nuclear projects by developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
- In this role, you will collaborate closely with EPC contractors and project teams to ensure project milestones are achieved while maintaining schedule integrity and project performance metrics.
- This position plays a critical role in master schedule development, schedule analysis, and project reporting, ensuring project timelines remain aligned with operational and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the master project schedule in coordination with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) teams.
- Integrate contractor schedule submissions into the owner master project schedule.
- Review and analyze critical path, milestones, constraints, and schedule dependencies.
- Perform schedule variance analysis using Primavera P6.
- Monitor contractor schedules and address issues impacting project milestones.
- Track schedule-related issues and communicate impacts to project management and leadership teams.
- Conduct site walkthroughs to verify contractor progress and validate weekly schedule updates.
- Provide schedule data to support change orders, bid comparisons, and project planning activities.
- Develop and maintain project metrics, including: Progress curves, Labor histograms, Milestone tracking, Schedule performance indicators
- Generate weekly and monthly schedule reports for project leadership and executive management.
- Train and mentor project staff on proper scheduling techniques and tools
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Word.
- Proven experience with: Resource-loaded schedules, Contractor baseline schedules, Time impact analysis, Earned value management reporting
- Experience converting schedules between tools (e.g., Primavera P6, P3, Microsoft Project).
- Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule analysis.
- Experience preparing maintenance or outage schedules (PM/CM) within nuclear or industrial environments.
- High School Diploma required.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Associate degree or technical program completion in: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, Nuclear Operations
- Experience working in nuclear operations, power generation, or heavy construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing activities in compliance with GMP and ISO 13485 quality standards.
- Prepare and formulate buffers, reagents, and solutions according to approved procedures and specifications.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI) with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain excellent Good Documentation Practices (GDP), ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and audit?ready.
- The successful candidate must have a good mechanical background as they will be required to operate and maintain production equipment; experience with Biodot and/or Kinematic reel-to-reel systems is a strong plus.
- Support in-process checks, and quality control activities as required.
