Minimum Requirements:

- ONS Chemo Bio Cert obtainment within six months of hire or transfer.

Job Description
Uncommon Pre-K Teachers cultivate a love for learning in every student from the very start. Teachers and students engage in an environment that fosters curiosity, achievement, respect, and empathy (CARE). Responsibilities
1. Instruction
- You’ll teach both Music and Spanish to three Pre-K cohorts using a rotating instructional schedule.
- You’ll design and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned to general education thematic units.

- Prior to the start of employment, you must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Teacher certification is not a prerequisite for consideration at Uncommon Schools in the state of NJ, but you do need to meet NJ state certification eligibility requirements (a final undergraduate or graduate cumulative GPA of 3.0 for graduates on or after 9/1/16, or 2.75 if you graduated prior to 9/1/16). All instructional staff are required to become certified in the state of New Jersey within a reasonable period after beginning employment.

Overview:
The Finance and Accounting Intern (Intern) will be part of a collaborative team in a Shared Finance Services (SFS) environment. - Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis to help Park leaders make informed strategic decisions.
- Capital and Project Accounting
- Learn how capital investment projects and budgets are developed, how this team tracks adherence to budget and how construction in progress (CIP) is transacted to a fixed asset in the general ledger.
- Payroll
- Observe how multi-state/multi-national payroll is compiled and completed in a timely manner for thousands of associates and how associated government reports are completed and filed.
- See how Park teams monitor and approve associate work time, how the Workforce Management team assists in scheduling and maximizing labor productivity and how a partnership with Human Resources is critical in compliance.

- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis to help Park leaders make informed strategic decisions.

- Learn how capital investment projects and budgets are developed, how this team tracks adherence to budget and how construction in progress (CIP) is transacted to a fixed asset in the general ledger.

- Observe how multi-state/multi-national payroll is compiled and completed in a timely manner for thousands of associates and how associated government reports are completed and filed.

The Concrete Block Machine Operator operates a batching system that feeds aggregates, cement, and water mixed together creating the ideal mix design to form a strong dependable block. Once the material is mixed, it is the operators job to set machine parameters that will feed and form the concrete block with high levels of vibration. After a minimum of 16 hours the block is cured enough that it can be handled and formed to be shipped at a later date. All of this while monitoring our quality standards set by the industry and Easton Block specifications. Willing to learn how to operate block manufacturing, curing, cubing machinery
Mechanically inclined and willing to learn basic preventative maintenance/repair on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Able to use hand and air tools
Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited educational institution
Experience in heavy manufacturing, civil construction, road construction, or quarries
MSHA, OSHA or other relevant safety certifications
