Position Description:

The Assistant General Counsel will report to, support, and provide legal advice to the company’s General Counsel, Senior General Counsel, the company’s General Partner, and company employees. The Assistant General Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and revising a variety of different legal documents, ranging from construction materials supply contracts to real estate leases and purchase agreements. The Assistant General Counsel will also be responsible for ensuring company compliance with regulatory entities, and minimizing legal risk relating to claims, disputes, litigation, and personnel matters. Qualifications and Requirements:

·        Ability to understand and interpret surveys and plat maps.

Position Summary

The General Superintendent at Javelin Operations is responsible for the end-to-end leadership and execution of field operations across mechanical and process system projects, including mechanical flushing, chemical treatment, passivation, and hydronic piping systems.

This role provides full lifecycle project leadership, from pre-mobilization planning through field execution and project closeout. The General Superintendent ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership in high-performance environments such as data centers, industrial facilities, and mission-critical infrastructure, coordinating field crews, equipment, vendors, and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Pre-Mobilization

• Lead project planning activities including scope review, work sequencing, manpower forecasting, and logistics planning.

General Manager – Tamarac, FL – Up to $65K

We are currently hiring a General Manager to lead a high-volume quick-service restaurant in Tamarac, Florida. This is an opportunity to join a well-established brand known for strong community presence, authentic flavors, and fast-paced operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring strong service standards and consistent food quality
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of managers and hourly employees
• Maintain full P&L responsibility including labor management, food cost, and overall financial performance
• Drive a culture focused on accountability, hospitality, and operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
• Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement to drive sales

Requirements:

• 3+ years of General Manager or senior restaurant management experience
• Background in QSR or fast-casual, high-volume environments preferred
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in fast-paced operations
• Strong understanding of labor management, cost control, and P&L performance

• Covers a variety of practices including Regional Anesthesia, ERAS, TTE/TEE, Advanced Cardiac Surgery, Orthopedics, Spine, General Surgery, ENT, OB and Gynecology, Urology, Oncology, Neurosurgery, Vascular, GI, Plastics, Ophthalmology, and Outpatient Pediatrics.
• No trauma.
• Emergency Medicine services are also provided by Vituity partners, providing ease of communication and support between departments.
