As a Digital Manufacturing Engineer, you will have the opportunity to use your digital toolset to solve some of Generac’s most complex manufacturing problems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tulip app building with MES as key area of focus
- Integration of Tulip with enterprise solutions: SAP, CMMS. Etc.
- Design, implement, and maintain analytics and dashboards in Power BI and Tulip Analytics.
- Evaluate new solutions and support lab testing with onsite proof of concept activities.
- Support end of line test cell enhancements.
- On-call rotation for after hours support of applications deployed by Advanced Manufacturing team.
- Responsible for managing assigned project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure manufacturing data accuracy from responsible systems.
- Regularly conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions with operations team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or Industrial Technology
- 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience supporting operations technology.

- Experience managing technical projects; including requirements, budgets, timelines, and changes.
- Proven track record of utilizing technology to drive manufacturing improvements.
- Ability to lead workshops with sites and key stakeholders to understand and document complex manufacturing requirements.

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for ongoing process improvement initiatives that deliver excellence across entire value chain. This position develops and improves manufacturing processes and product quality by studying product and manufacturing methods, identifying areas of improvement, and working with manufacturing personnel to ensure plans are implemented.

- Responsible for coordinating the successful launch of New Product Introductions (NPI) within Operations.

In the role of Buyer II you will be responsible for purchasing components and maintaining an open line of communication from a variety of suppliers as well as working cross-functionally within the company on topic such as component issues, costing or invoicing concerns, NMR's and receiving inspections, and ECO's. The Buyer is responsible for continuously working with suppliers to improve on-time delivery and work to continuously improve raw good turns and look for cost reduction opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Execute standard purchasing processes and strategies including procure-to-pay definition and optimization
- Incumbents at this level have the authority to purchase at the most favorable price consistent with quality, quantity, delivery and other factors, raw materials, equipment, machinery and/or supplies for the operation of the organization
- Participates in the selection of vendor sources and has considerable latitude in determining acceptable price
- Plan and maintain optimal level of inventory using plan for every part (PFEP)
- Manage supplier on time delivery (OTD) performance, maintain system data integrity and measure performance on related key indicators (examples: past due purchase orders, open PO acknowledgements, PO expedites, non-conforming material return cycle time, and supplier invoice resolution)
- Proactively identify, communicate, and assist with resolving issues that delay material deliveries

- Recommend cost saving proposals including make-versus-buy analysis, alternative sourcing, step pricing for volume discounts, and vendor evaluation criteria

The Value Stream Manager has responsibility and leadership for overall operation of a value stream. The Value Stream Manager implements the Generac Manufacturing System (GMS) to ensure a safe work environment, drive quality improvements, provide an excellent customer experience, develop a qualified team, maximize profitable growth and reduce operating costs, inventories & lead times through continuous improvements. The Value Stream Manager leads day-to-day activities to deliver daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly expectations of metric performance.

- Lead the Value Stream in daily operations and continuous improvement activities. Emphasize the creation of continuous product flow, utilize pull systems where flow is not currently possible, and work to level the workload. The Materials Supervisor is responsible for all internal material flow from incoming receiving/inspection to line side presentation for production including end-of-line pick, pack and ship, de-trashing, all material movements, supermarket sizing and replenishment, and order picking for intra-plant deliveries. Success in this role is defined by driving significant continuous improvement in material handling, inventory accuracy, cycle counting and timely transactional reporting. This will be measured by ongoing improvements in delivery performance (internal and external), cycle count progress, cycle count accuracy, uninterrupted material movement for production lines and efficient use of labor resources.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of materials leadership
- 2 years of experience leading teams, developing people or organizing tasks

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for representing our clients, wireless services, generating new customer accounts, educating on promotions, and providing exceptional face to- face service inside major retail locations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Represent top-tier wireless brands in a customer-facing retail environment
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and consult with new customers
- Educate clients on current promotions and service options
- Support existing customers with upgrades, changes, or service-related questions
- Submit new accounts accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with your team to hit shared goals and performance milestones
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all client offerings and promotions

About the role: As a Care Manager Nursewith eternalHealth you will be a core member at eternalHealth – whose responsibilities will include care management. This position will work towards meeting clinical, financial and operational performance goals and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Actively perform and comprehensively document member and provider outreach and engagement activities to support complex care management, care coordination, disease management, and transitions of care.
- Perform comprehensive assessments of physical, emotional, psychosocial, and environmental needs of members and their caregivers.
- Create dynamic and fluid member-centered care plans to support health goals and improve health outcomes, continually evaluating for effectiveness.
- Ensure members receive services that align with their benefit coverage and coordinate additional resources as required for holistic care.
- Follow and contribute to eternalHealth’s strategic goals related to population health management, quality improvement, and financial stewardship.
- Must understand and maintain confidentiality of business information, including Protected Health Information (PHI), as required by HIPAA and company policy.
- Comply with all guidelines established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and Massachusetts Department of Insurance (DOI) and guidelines set forth by other regulatory agencies, where applicable, and defined in eternalHealth policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Active RN License
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of work experience in care management.
- 1+ years of Health Plan experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Creative, strategic, and continuously striving for improvement.
- Ability to think outside the box and offer creative and compliant solutions to existing and new problems.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and/or external partners/stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as an independent contributor with little supervision or as an active team member depending on the situation and needs.
- Strong technical skills, including with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint Word, etc.) and other collaborative tools.
