Position Purpose:

The Interventional Radiology RN assists with all the procedures, such as Ultrasound, CT, and Neurology cases. The schedule is nine-hour shifts) plus on-call. The Team will typically take 10 on-call shifts within a 6-week schedule. Previous ICU experience is preferred, but not required.  

The RN Specialist within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, will provide care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person's physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. The RN Specialist oversees and coordinates nursing care for the patients in the Department Of Radiology. Responsibilities include assessing and identifying patient needs, implementing appropriate intervention, and evaluating and documenting outcomes. Acts as a liaison between Patient Care Services and the Department of Radiology Services. Assists physicians / technologists as required during diagnostic / therapeutic procedures.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Education: Graduate from school of nursing 

• Licensure / Certification: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio, required. 

• Experience: A minimum of two years medical / surgical experience. Critical care experience preferred or Radiology RN certification.

Position Purpose:

• The Disease Management Coordinator provides consultation to patients, families, and nursing personnel regarding the care of a specific disease entity/process and its impact to patients, assumes a leadership role in issues related to patient outcomes, and acts as a change agent to support institutional initiatives pertaining to disease management.

What You Will Do:

• Care Coordination – Coordinates inpatient care for specific disease/population. Rounds with physicians (as available and feasible) to insure continuity of care including discharge planning. Assures appropriate care coordination or plan of care is implemented for individual heart failure patients.

• Continuity Planning – Identifies discharge needs, coordinates planning, and problem solves continuity issues to ensure seamless continuum of patient care; collaborates with hospital based case managers to ensure effective care continuum and discharge plans are met. Assures appropriate clinical information is provided to outside agencies

• Collaboration – collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare disciplines, and outside agencies regarding patient stay management and care coordination issues. Initiates appropriate consults, e.g., physician and other ancillary services.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate from school of nursing; BSN or Master’s Degree preferred

• Licensure / Certification: Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Ohio

• Experience: Minimum of five years recent acute care clinical experience in disease specialty nursing (in an acute care setting and/or physician office setting); med/surg and critical care experience helpful.

A Project Engineer is charged with the responsibility of providing technical support to the Project Manager and Superintendent on a project to ensure safe projects and desirable outcomes for our Clients and Company. General responsibilities include:

• Act as the primary point of contact with the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to ensure work is completed in conformance with project drawings and specifications.

Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management with 1-2 years’ experience.

MLT or MLS - part-time position, Night shift

Position Purpose:

The Medical Technologist performs phlebotomy and laboratory testing. Has knowledge of the clinical significance of results, monitors and understands operation of instrumentation, and reports results accurately and

rapidly.

What you'll do:

• Performs all clinical testing in assigned department.
• Records and reports test results accurately and promptly.
• Performs and interprets quality control testing following established guidelines.
• Maintains a high level of quality assurance.
• Practices established safety procedures, including Universal Precautions and proper use of safety equipment.
• Able to recognize a problem by following prescribed strategies and make necessary corrections.
• Where no present criteria for decisions are available, will consult with supervisor/manager. In absence of supervisor/manager, will act to determine final decision.
• Coordinates and evaluates new reagents, procedures and equipment as requested by supervisor/manager.
• Performs routine scheduled and specialized maintenance of laboratory equipment.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Baccalaureate Degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Licensure / Certification: Certification from American Society of Clinical Pathologists, equivalent; eligible for certification.
• If applicable, must maintain active certification.
• Experience: Preferred, but not required.
• Effective Communication Skills
