The St.
Luke’s Central Staffing Department provides support to the Network Campuses as necessary to ensure appropriate staffing levels which allow our PCA's to provide top quality care to our patients.
The Network Float (Central Staffing) PCA is an experienced professional motivated by the challenge of providing care to patients in clinical settings across the network.
The PCA is responsible for providing patient care and participates in data collection, planning and implementation of patient care.
- The Network Float (Central Staffing) is an experienced PCA that works in an Acute Care (Med Surg) setting and will travel to multiple campuses based on assignment at time of hire.

Job Duties Provides nursing care to Life Flight.
Follows and adheres to Act 37 standards and protocols.
Accepts a duty assignment at any program site as deemed necessary by program leadership to maintain operations.
Provides nursing care from initial contact until patient care is relinquished to accepting medical facility.
Maintains thorough patient care documentation in the Electronic Medical Record.
