Center for Autism and Related Disabilities:
The Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) is the largest of the seven regional autism programs in Florida. Funded through an annual legislative allocation, the center serves over 25,000 residents of central Florida on the autism spectrum across their lifespan through consultative individual and family support, training and technical assistance, and public awareness, with a mission of optimizing the potential of people with autism and related disabilities.
CARD is a clinical service center within the College of Health Professions and Sciences.
The Opportunity:
The Program Manager II at the Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) is a leadership role responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality programs for individuals with autism and their families. Working closely with the Center Director and clinical team, you will bridge the gap between clinical expertise and community impact, managing a diverse portfolio of activities across seven counties. You will serve as a key liaison to community partners, non-profits, and stakeholders to create an autism-friendly landscape through strategic planning and excellence in execution.
Responsibilities:
Program Development & Management:
Develop and manage consistent community engagement initiatives, including programs, stand-alone activities, and events.
Collaborate with ASD Specialists to ensure all programs are evidence-based, effective, and utilize clinical expertise to support client development.
Manage project timelines, venue selection, registration processes, and curriculum sourcing.
Operate programs within defined budgets, adhere to university policies, and support fundraising efforts as required.
Implementation & Quality Control:
Recruit, supervise, and coach program facilitators and operational staff.
Provide on-site logistical support at large events and programs throughout the community.
Coordinate with appropriate internal offices for event approvals and processing.
Evaluation & Data Analytics:
Implement feedback systems to monitor satisfaction and efficacy; identify obstacles and propose strategic adjustments.
Analyze program data to assess the achievement of deliverables and grant outcomes.
Prepare formal reports and presentations for the Center Director, Board, and external stakeholders to inform future decision-making.
Communication & Community Engagement:
Represent CARD to the general public, local agencies, and potential funding sources.
Support social media campaigns and write promotional materials (flyers, registration listings, etc.) in coordination with communications personnel.
Act as the primary contact for the CARD Constituency Board and the Providing Autism Links and Support (PALS) board.
Interface directly with families and participants, communicating specific needs back to clinical staff.
Strategic Collaboration:
Meet regularly with leadership to align program execution with the Center's long-term goals.
Develop new internal and external partnerships, including grants and collaborations with other university units to enhance client services.
Work with ASD Specialists to guide participants toward the best-fit resources when specific program opportunities are unavailable.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Education, Hospitality, or Nonprofit Management.
Proven track record in high-impact community outreach, and/or previous experience in fundraising or donor relations.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing signature programs and community events, underpinned by strong analytic thinking.
Skilled in managing complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders and delivering professional presentations that drive community support.

Experience generating data-driven reports and high-quality presentations; familiarity with databases (e.g., FileMaker) and graphic design software is a plus.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft marketing materials and formal grant-related documentation.

Summary:
The Manager of Operations Analytics & Program Controls leads a team of analysts responsible for delivering data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions and optimize operational performance. This role oversees and performs the development of advanced analytical models, reporting frameworks, and process improvement initiatives. The Manager ensures alignment between business objectives and analytical outputs, fosters collaboration across departments, and drives innovation in data utilization to enhance efficiency and identify growth opportunities. Provides strategic oversight and operational support to ensure the reliable and timely delivery of services and projects within the Operating Budget and Five-Year Capital Plan. This role is responsible for developing and managing operating and capital budgets, monitoring project performance, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The position requires close collaboration with the Assistant Executive Director of Operations, department directors, managers, and project teams to align financial and operational objectives.

Qualifications:
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Analytics, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline; alternatively, a minimum of six years of related work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, operations, or business intelligence, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- 5–7 years of program and project controls experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong ability to collaborate across all organizational levels to resolve complex issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and boards.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable business terms.
- Experience preparing Board actions and audit responses.
- Experience working in cloud environments with data lakes, data warehouses and databases.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, or Business Administration.
- Experience with enterprise data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Advanced knowledge of predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and process optimization methodologies.

Unit Description: The Cardiovascular Unit provides professional nursing care to out-patients for planned procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, Non-Invasive Cardiology, Interventional Radiology Lab, and a variety of Radiology procedures. This dynamic 15 bay unit provides Pre- and Post-Procedural care. You will be part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to patient & family-centered care with responsibility for treating a diverse patient population. We are a Level I Tertiary care hospital, providing care with state-of-the-art technology. You will be part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to patient & family-centered care. We also support the professional development of our nurses, providing opportunities for education through conferences and Board Certification. Our nurses also have the opportunity to advance through the Clinical Advancement and Recognition Program (CARP). Our unit is open Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
On-call: There are occasional On Call shifts from 6:30 p.m.- 9:30 p.m depending on the FTE. The 0.6 FTE position requires one On Call shift/week.

What you will do:
As an RT you will work at assessing, treating and caring for patients of all ages who suffer from pulmonary (breathing) disorders. In addition to analyzing and performing diagnostic testing, respiratory therapists perform relevant exams as well as set up and utilize cardiopulmonary equipment and machines needed to assist or monitor the patients breathing
Responsibilities:
- Gather data to be able to accurately assess a patient's current health status
- Assess the patient according to the patient's physical or age related needs
- Observe, record and report symptoms, reactions and progress of patients
- Administer and record prescribed medications, treatments and diagnostic procedures
- Responsible for airway management including performing endotracheal intubations and extubations, pulmonary hygiene, and tracheostomy care and emergency life support procedures
- Provides extensive health education to patients and to the general population through community services
What you will need:
- Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Current NY State RT License
Night Weekend Track Rate: $43.90
Pay Range: $36.33 - $47.65
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
