Position Overview
The Inbound & Inventory Supervisor owns inbound execution, warehouse-controlled inventory accuracy, material availability, and warehouse standards. This role supervises 1–2 Inventory / Receiving Clerks and serves as the operational link between Supply Chain, Logistics, and Production to ensure clean material flow into and out of the warehouse.
This role is accountable for all inventory accuracy from dock receipt through warehouse storage and staged release to production. Once inventory is formally transferred to Production, ownership shifts.
In this business, small gaps create lost revenue. This role exists to eliminate those gaps inside the warehouse while ensuring safe handling, storage, and movement of all materials.
Leadership & Team Oversight
- Supervise and develop 1–2 Inventory / Receiving Clerks
- Set daily priorities for receiving, putaway, counts, replenishment, and staging
- Audit work for accuracy and scanning compliance
- Coach for detail, urgency, and disciplined execution
- Enforce SOP adherence across Receiving, Putaway, Picking, and Transfer to Production
- Hold team accountable for warehouse inventory standards
Inbound Management & Quality Control
- Lead receiving operations for florals, vessels, packaging, and consumables
- Validate quantities against POs prior to system receipt
- Inspect florals for quality and specification compliance
- Ensure lot tracking accuracy for florals
- Quarantine and resolve non-conforming materials
- Document and escalate vendor discrepancies within 24–48 hours
- Coordinate dock flow and inbound prioritization
- Ensure accurate labeling, LPN creation, and system transactions
Warehouse Inventory Accuracy & Control
- Maintain 98–99%+ accuracy for all warehouse-controlled inventory
- Design and execute A/B/C cycle count programs
- Lead daily cycle counts and reconciliation
- Perform documented root cause analysis on variances
- Identify recurring drivers of shrink within warehouse operations
- Implement corrective and preventative controls
- Monitor aging, at-risk, and space-constrained inventory
Cross-Functional & Logistics Coordination
- Partner with Logistics to understand inbound schedules, lead times, and container arrivals
- Align with Supply Chain on POs, forecasts, and inbound prioritization
- Anticipate space constraints based on inbound pipeline
- Adjust labor focus and urgency based on inbound risk

- Ensure accurate staging and system transfer of materials to Production

Key Responsibilities
1. Preconstruction & Estimating Support
- Perform technical reviews of issued drawing packages, specifications, and owner standards

Duties:
- Understand business capability needs and processes as they relate to IT solutions through partnering with Product Managers and business and functional IT stakeholders
- Participate in data scraping, data curation and data compilation efforts
- Ensure high quality of the data to end users
- Ensure high quality of the inhouse data via data stewardship
- Implement and utilize data solutions for data analysis and profiling using a variety of tools such as SQL, Postman, R, or Python and following the team’s established processes and methodologies

A typical day will consist of peeling back the lens to determine how to improve the quality of your Suppliers by both serving as an advocate and coach. You will become a trusted resource for your cohort with the end goal of improving customer outcomes by reducing manufacturing variability.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize partner performance by analyzing data to improve supplier performance by enforcing Xometry Manufacturing Standards.
- Identify performance / training gaps within your portfolio and develop strategies to improve partner outcomes.
- Create and implement partner certification programs to establish quality benchmarks and standards, akin to supplier quality assurance. Focused on building trusted partnerships and predictable outcomes (quality and OTS).
- Manage the Partner Outsourcing Group program, including eligibility identification, sufficient vetting to quality requirements, and promotion/demotion dependent on individual Partner Performance.
- Develop tailored training and coaching programs to elevate partner capabilities and performance, mirroring supplier development initiatives.
- Manage operational escalations and provide timely resolutions to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives to reduce partner churn and maintain a robust network.
- Serve as the ITAR conversion leader.
- Conduct on-site assessments to establish best practices and promote \"Xometry Certified\" partners.
- Maintain comprehensive training records and standardize partner training materials.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive partner acquisition strategies and campaigns.

- Proven track record of identifying knowledge gaps and delivering training and mentorship to develop others is a plus.

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $108,000 - $140,000 annually depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location. The Patching / SCCM Administrator will provide Tier III IT operations support across the Office of Information Management (OIM) and SC mission systems, with a focus on endpoint management, patching, and compliance. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, and related patching infrastructure, ensuring timely updates, secure baselines, and compliance with DOE directives and federal IT standards. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows desktop/server patching, automation, and reporting, while supporting hybrid environments and evolving enterprise service delivery models.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and deploy Windows OS and application patches across servers and endpoints in accordance with OIM policy.
- Validate patch compliance against secure configuration baselines and DOE directives.
- Perform pre- and post-patch testing, documenting results and mitigating issues.
- Maintain patch deployment records, including maintenance logs, validation history, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to remediate vulnerabilities identified through patching gaps.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), including collections, deployments, task sequences, and reporting.

- Submit all patching changes via the OIM-approved change management system in accordance with the Change Control Review (CCR) process.
- Evaluate proposed changes for technical and cybersecurity risk, ensuring compliance with secure baselines.
- Maintain documentation of patching SOPs, SCCM configurations, and endpoint policies, reviewed quarterly or after major changes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent relevant experience; Master's Degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or other IT related field.
