Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Provide interim leadership and oversight for administrative staff, ensuring daily operations continue smoothly during the temporary assignment; Support onboarding and training of temporary staff or student workers as needed.

The College of Engineering is seeking to fill a temporary Administrative Manager position. The role will provide direct supervision and daytoday leadership to an administrative support team, including workload distribution, providing guidance and performance feedback, and serving as an escalation point for operational issues. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for administrative operations during a period of transition, ensuring continuity of operations and coverage.
The Administrative Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, monitor service levels, and ensure consistent, highquality support for faculty, staff, students, and leadership. The role will also collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR, finance, facilities, IT, and central offices to coordinate administrative needs, update leadership, and implement interim process improvements to address workflow gaps as needed.
This is a temporary position with an anticipated duration of up to eight months.
