The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our industrial equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities: Perform regular inspections of our industrial equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
Maintain and repair a variety of equipment including electrical controls, PLC, Slitter, Pickler, Galvanizing, Fabrication, Combustion, Furnace, Boiler, and Overhead Crane.
Work with chemicals and handle galvanized steel, ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to.
Operate and maintain melting and mill burners.
Conduct regular electrical repairs and installations, ensuring all work is compliant with electrical code.
Provide training and mentorship to junior members of the team.
Participate in problem-solving initiatives, using critical thinking and technical skills to find solutions.
Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, specifically with the equipment and systems listed above.
Solid understanding of ladder logic controls and PLC.

Strong knowledge of working with galvanized steel and galvanizing processes.
Proficiency in fabrication, combustion, furnace, and boiler operations.
