We are looking for a Buying Coordinator who will support the Buying Other Business team by organizing product samples, monitoring sell through, assisting in vendor management, and maintaining documentation essential for efficient product selection, assortment planning, and pricing strategies. The role also supports cross-functional communication and ensures timely coordination of promotional events and trade shows.

Product Selection & Assortment Planning

• Organize product samples in preparation for SKU selection and line reviews.
• Prepare SKU reports to assist buyers in creating effective and efficient SKU plans.
• Maintain proper documentation related to product quality to support product quality management processes.

Vendor Management

• Capture and organize accurate vendor and item data, ensuring that internal systems are up to date with the latest information.
• Maintain regular communication with vendors to track data and updates.
• Ensure all products and packaging meet negotiated specifications and quality standards through proper documentation management and follow ups.

Trade Expertise & Market Research

• Assist in planning for trade shows by organizing agendas and coordinating with vendors.
• Gather product samples and item information post-trade show to support the buying decision-making process.

Pricing & Margin

• Monitor item data and assist with markdown planning by tracking sell-through targets, merchandise in/out dates, and SKU performance.
• Organize data and reports to aid in pricing and margin management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Support effective communication between the Buying, Logistics, Trade Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and respond promptly to internal requests for information.

Promotion Planning

• Gather and organize promotional contracts with vendors.
• Assist in the coordination of promotional events in collaboration with the buying and vendor promotions teams.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare detailed sell-through reports to monitor merchandise program inventory, sales, and margin performance.
• Provide analytical support to the buying team by generating reports on inventory, pricing, and promotions.

Azazie’s Design team is the driving force behind our brand’s commitment to beautiful, authentic designs with quality materials and construction. We are seeking an entry level Associate Designer to join our growing design team! This position reports directly to Azazie’s Lead Designer and will be a key voice in assisting the creative process.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work alongside Azazie design team during the development stage.
• Research market trends/inspirations/ new colors
• Sketch initial concepts/flats (digital or illustrator)
• Create and submit tech-packs (with detailed instruction) for bridal, bridesmaids, and other categories.
• Correspond with factory throughout development (update sketches/provide corrective instruction)
• Manage development charts and monthly line sheets (Writing product descriptions/ web info/organize styles submitted per monthly development).
• Maintain a deep understanding of Azazie products (major categories ,as well as supportive categories).
• Aid with fabric/ lab dip approvals. Swatch the local market for inspiration.
• Collaborate with internal design and interdepartmental Azazie teams
• Organize shipments of samples
• Maintain organization of fabric, lace, and color library.
• Document monthly audit style reports and create presentations to target findings.
• Attend line review meetings with the Design Team to review products from the sample room and vendors.
• Assist with all product related projects
• Travel to the overseas sample room/factories for development and execution as needed

Qualifications:

• Degree in Fashion Design
• Two years of relevant experience designing dresses, preferably eveningwear and/or formalwear
• Must present an online portfolio of design work, showcasing your proven track record of
• successfully launching products from concept to launch, detailing your role in each.
• An acute eye for style, color, fabrication and construction
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud programs.

Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Milk Receiver based in Casa Grande, Arizona.

The Milk Receiver is responsible for the unloading of milk from tanker trucks, pumping incoming raw milk or cream from tanker trucks into storage tanks, documenting, and recording volume into inventory, and washing and sanitizing silos and receiving lines. The selected candidate must have the capability to work from HMI screens, working in high places, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Full-time opportunity. This is a 12-hour shift (06:00 AM to 06:30 PM) on a 2 - 2 - 3 rotation. Starting at $20.90 per hour, depending on knowledge skill, and experience. Shift differentials for 2nd shift (10%) and 3rd shift (15%.)

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Sanitizes all unloading equipment prior to use.
• Check security seals on tankers and verify against manifest.
• Check all incoming tanker loads for order, temperature, taste, and any other factors as indicated.
• Collect samples of incoming product, using defined procedures, and take to laboratory for analysis.
• Operate all computer-controlled product transfer equipment to transfer incoming product from tanker trucks to the appropriate receiving holding tanks. Monitor equipment regularly to ensure proper operation and product integrity.
• Monitor all tanks, clamps, and values at start-up and during transfer process.
• Document product loss and report promptly to Processing Management.
• Routinely check for malfunctions and proper sanitation. Take appropriate action as necessary.
• Report any non-routine repair tasks immediately to Maintenance Management.
• Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP's.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and all required work safety practices.
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing setting required. Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.

We have an immediate need for Construction Inspectors in the Asheville, NC area for our Transportation division. The successful candidates will support our current staff while assisting in growing the Construction Management and CEI practice to better service our clients statewide.

Perform construction inspection activities and assist in the administration of highway and bridge construction projects. More specifically:

• Apply safety philosophy to all job responsibilities and ability to work safely in an outside environment
• Monitor contractor compliance with plans and specifications
• Establish engineering controls for the construction contractor and inspection of the work
• Prepare daily inspection reports
• Perform on-site material testing and sampling

• High School diploma or GED, required
• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology, required
• Associate's degree in Radiology, preferred
• Certified as a medical radiologic technologist as required by the state in which practicing required
• Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography required
• Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in computed tomography, preferred, with the following exceptions
  • CT certification required (Las Vegas Market)
  • CT certification required within 12 months of hire (Pennsylvania market)
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association, required
• 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience, preferred
• 1+ years of CT experience, preferred
• 1+ years of emergency room experience, preferred
• Proficiency with most X-ray/CT equipment, manufacturer's hardware/software and PACS
• Position requires fluency in English, written and oral communication

The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of imaging procedures, including CT and X-Rays, at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.

• Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist the physicians, nurses and other technical and administrative staff in meeting the needs of individual patients throughout the facility.
• Operate and maintain all imaging department equipment including but not limited to X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS
• Perform all imaging exams in accordance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and laws and ensure the physician on duty is notified of the results
• Perform basic clinical procedures under the direction of the physician and/or nurse on duty
• Maintain all required documentation, logs, charts, forms and records in paper and electronic formats
• Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing in accordance with established policies and procedures, as well as COLA and CLIA regulations
• Maintain an adequate supply of all reagents and consumables to perform quality testing
• Perform all routine daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance and function checks following established protocol for all imaging equipment
• Perform Quality Control as established by this laboratory
• Perform Proficiency Testing and/or Split Sample analysis periodically as established by this facility
• Retain records of all analytic activities performed for a minimum of two years

• High School Diploma or equivalent and must be 18 years or older if performing phlebotomy.
• Progression through career ladder II-IV is subject to completion of career ladder requirements.
• Position may require DHS Fingerprinting Certification or the ability to obtain fingerprint certification.
• Dependent on department/location, candidate must possess a valid state driver's license in the state of employment and be eligible for coverage under the company auto insurance policy.
• Phlebotomy/CLA certification as defined by state regulations.

• Previous clinical laboratory experience.
• Successful completion of a laboratory assistant program.
• Basic knowledge of specimen requirements and handling.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Additional related education and/or experience.
