About the Role
As a Sales Design Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting client needs with creative, functional solutions that align with Gallery’s brand of excellence. This is a hybrid role for someone who is equal parts relationship-builder, strategist, and design advocate. Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full-Time Lead Auction Cataloguer to oversee catalogue production, research, describe, and prepare objects for auction catalogues, and manage a growing team of cataloguers responsible for researching, describing, and evaluating fine art, antiques, jewelry, and estate property. This role is not a library or data-entry cataloguing position - it requires art historical knowledge, aesthetic judgment, and experience describing artworks, antiques, and decorative arts for sale.
The Lead Cataloguer will supervise a team of cataloguers and work collaboratively with the inventory, sales, and operations departments to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency throughout the pre-auction process. Key Responsibilities:

We're hiring a Regional Sales & Brand Development Lead to help build Brakebee's national, in-person sales organization from the ground up, starting in the Phoenix region.
This role is intentionally designed to start hands-on in the field , while being based out of our Phoenix office from day one. You will sell directly at events, develop wholesale relationships, and work closely with leadership to learn the market, refine strategy, and prove what works. We have 10 Fixture Gallery locations with high-end kitchen and bathroom products and accessories featured in a showroom setting. We are looking for a Corporate Showroom Manager to oversee our 10 Fixture Gallery locations located throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Job Description:
As a Corporate Showroom Manager you will be supporting our 10 Fixture Gallery locations. You will be responsible for developing plans, goals, and procedures for these locations. You will be coordinating sales, marketing efforts, and ensuring the attainment designated goals. You will be working closely with showroom staff, branch managers, showroom manager, regional managers, and maintaining business relationships with key customers and vendors. Travel is required throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration and/or a minimum of 3 years' experience in a showroom environment.
* Must be able to develop sales plans and strategies for financial and non-financial goals.
* Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service throughout the wholesale industry.
* Ability to work with customers at all levels and build new relationships.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail, time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including the ability to type 40 WPM.

This individual will handle the safe packing, installation, and transportation of fine art and luxury items. This role requires a clean driving record, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while upholding the highest standards of care.

- Handle, pack, move, and install fine art, antiques, and luxury objects with exceptional care and precision.

- Conduct installations in private residences, galleries, museums, and commercial spaces.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
