We are currently seeking a responsible, motivated, and versatile Gallery Operations Assistant to join our team. This key role involves assisting in various gallery operations, including art shipping & packaging, art hangings & rotations, art receiving & storage, special events, and basic building maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

● Gallery Operations: Packing and shipping fine art in a careful and safe manner. Rotating and re-hanging gallery displays under the guidance of the gallery manager.

● Organization: Maintaining order and cleanliness in back-of-house areas, storage, and the gallery itself. Keeping the shipping area clean and organized.

● Art Handling: This role requires significant physical capability, including lifting and carrying heavy items (up to 100 lbs.), navigating stairs with fragile or heavy objects, and working on ladders for installations and lighting adjustments. Candidates must be comfortable with the physical demands of handling and installing large-scale and heavy artworks such as bronze sculptures and oversized photographs.

● Administrative Duties: Track tasks daily on spreadsheets, reconcile shipping and other expenses, and maintain art inventory records. Report progress and issues to leadership.

● Lighting Adjustments: Replace and adjust ceiling, spotlight, and jewelry case lighting as needed.

● Communication: Communicate with represented artists regarding inventory intake. Represent the gallery professionally and knowledgeably at exhibitions and events.

● Creative Problem-Solving: Think outside the box to overcome challenges, particularly when dealing with unconventional art pieces.

● Team Collaboration: Work closely and effectively with other team members to ensure proper customer service and a positive work environment.

● Customer Service: Display inventory creatively and compellingly to engage clients. Maintain strong customer service practices.

● Event Support: Assist during special events and exhibitions.

● Physical Tasks: Perform basic building maintenance and sculpture garden set up/cleaning as needed.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, experienced cataloger to join our talented team. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in auctions or galleries, a strong background in cataloging decorative arts, fine furniture, and fine art, and a passion for working in a fast-paced auction environment. This role also requires working at the monthly auction one weekend a month. **Prior auction house experience is preferred for this role**

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and accurately catalog auction consignments, using proper industry terminology and adhering to internal catalog formatting standards
• Assess and estimate auction values in line with secondary market trends
• Collaborate with specialists and outside experts when needed
• Occasionally assist with on-site estate visits, including evaluation, listing, and packing of consignments
• Assist with auction set-up, lotting, unpacking, and general auction preparations

About the Role

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full-Time Lead Auction Cataloguer to oversee catalogue production, research, describe, and prepare objects for auction catalogues, and manage a growing team of cataloguers responsible for researching, describing, and evaluating fine art, antiques, jewelry, and estate property. This role is not a library or data-entry cataloguing position - it requires art historical knowledge, aesthetic judgment, and experience describing artworks, antiques, and decorative arts for sale.

The Lead Cataloguer will supervise a team of cataloguers and work collaboratively with the inventory, sales, and operations departments to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency throughout the pre-auction process. Suitable candidates combine deep expertise in art, antiques, and decorative arts with exceptional writing skills, leadership ability, and strong organizational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day cataloguing operations, including workflow management, staff supervision, and deadline adherence.
• Assign lots and manage team workload; mentor cataloguing staff and provide feedback to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Photography, and Operations teams to ensure smooth property flow through intake, research, and production.

• USPAP certification preferred; ISA or ASA accreditation a plus.

Collaborate with Marketing Automation, Revenue Operations, and Sales teams to develop dynamic nurturing campaigns, optimize marketing qualification methodology for lead pass-through, and manage the lead pipeline from MAL to closed-won/lost. Forecast, monitor, and analyze campaign metrics against KPAs to inform future campaign plans, optimize budget allocation, and deliver marketing ROI analysis and performance tracking. Champion continuous improvement by actively developing skills and identifying opportunities to enhance campaign processes and tools, including the evaluation and adoption of new marketing technologies. Lead and guide agencies, vendors, and internal departments in the execution of advertising, full-funnel content, social media, success stories, sponsorships, events, webinars, podcasts, and channel/partner programs to achieve segment campaign objectives. Collaborate with content, creative, digital, and sales teams to deliver Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Always On programs aligned with campaign plans. Maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and continuously develop buyer personas to inform campaign/content strategy at the segment and targeted account level. Establish subject matter expertise in the assigned segment, leveraging competitive/market analysis to create differentiated campaigns and messaging that highlight Geotab's unique value proposition and attract ideal leads. Support Geotab's annual customer and partner conference \"Connect\" with segment campaign plans and programs.

5-8 years of experience in B2B Saas marketing campaign strategy development and execution with measurable outcomes and data-driven analytical approach to decision-making. Previous experience in the Commercial Transportation Field Services segment including Consumer Services, Speciality Trade Contractors, Property Maintenance, Professional & Environmental Services, Healthcare & Pharmaceutical, Media & Entertainment, Hospitality & Leisure, Finance, Insurance & Real Estate or comparable sub-segments is highly preferred. Previous industry experience in telematics, connected transportation solutions, B2B IT or software industry marketing, or comparable experience is a strong asset. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead, influence, and collaborate across all organizational levels. Strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving objectives. Strong ability to stay current with emerging technologies and technical aptitude, including proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud), workflow tools (e.g. Jira), Google Suite, and AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) for campaign planning, content creation and data analysis. Proficient in account-based marketing (ABM) and persona targeting high value prospects with ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase or Zoominfo is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management.
