Job Summary:

Title: Qlik Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC/Jersey City, NJ

Application Development / Support:

· Develop and design Qlik Sense analytical dashboards.

· Write and validate Qlik Sense LOAD scripts for data from various sources (Oracle, PostgreSQL, REST API, Excel, etc.).

· Conduct thorough data analysis, address business issues, interpret business requests, and translate them into graphic-rich Qlik dashboards.

· Implement solutions in both backend script and frontend Qlik objects' dimensions, measures, and other properties using Qlik Set Analysis with customized variables, functions, and formulas.

· Customize Qlik objects using JavaScript/HTML/CSS, corporate theme, and other Qlik extensions.

· Ensure solutions are well-documented, supportable, and delivered per Well-Architected Framework.

· Support business for application release, user/client onboarding, and issue debugging.

About You:

· Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Information Systems or Computer Science is required.

· 3-5 years of professional experience of the full SDLC/Agile process of enterprise application development.

• 3+ years experience with Qlik or similar Rich UI dashboard Technology.

· Good hands on knowledge with SQL and relational databases

Job Title: Solution Architect - GenAI

Location: Charlotte/Atlanta (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Solution Architect with over 10+ years of expertise in building scalable, enterprise-grade frameworks and foundational services to support next-generation Generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers working on full stack development of GenAI foundational services and framework.
• Architect and implement scalable and reusable infrastructure components to support enterprise-wide AI/ML initiatives.
• Define and drive the integration strategy for LLMs and Agentic AI models into core systems and frameworks.
• Collaborate with platform, data, and ML teams to define data pipelines and infrastructure for GenAI model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ensure GenAI solutions are technically feasible, aligned with enterprise architecture, and meet scalability and performance requirements.
• Actively participate in the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance applications using Java, Python, JavaScript, Scala, PySpark, Spark, and Snowflake.
• Work extensively on AWS services, including designing and deploying serverless or containerized solutions using ECS, Lambda, S3, Glue, etc.
• Develop and deploy robust microservices-based and event-driven architectures using modern frameworks.
• Integrate and work with GenAI frameworks and APIs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI, or other enterprise-grade platforms.

• Hands on experience with Atlan and Monte Carlo for configuration, integrations, lineage build out, data quality monitoring, and issue remediation workflows.

• Ability to assess and improve AI/analytics tool interoperability, prioritize integrations, and establish standards aligned access and permissions.

• Strong capabilities in data quality reporting, KPI creation, root cause analysis, and ongoing governance compliance reporting (including Data Health Score formulas).

• Experience building and maintaining governance content hubs (e.g., SharePoint) and driving community engagement through training and enablement.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills to advise and consult teams on Data Governance best practices, standards adoption, and appropriate use of data tools.

• Experience supporting enterprise wide Data Governance initiatives, including standards harmonization, cross domain alignment, and coordination across business and technical teams.

• (Preferred) Familiarity with agentic AI for data cleansing, metadata improvement, and prototype/MVP delivery.

• Workflow & Playbook Automation: Ability to automate governance tasks using Atlan’s API driven playbooks (e.g., bulk tagging, glossary propagation, asset certification).

• Automated Metadata Enrichment: Experience using Atlan AI and agentic workflows to automate descriptions, README creation, and metadata suggestions.

• GCP Integration & Migration: Expertise migrating GCP/BigQuery tags into Atlan and automating the identification/prioritization of assets for ingestion.

• End to End Lineage Automation: Skilled in defining methods and building lineage across diverse tool stacks, including systems without native integrations.
