Functional Purpose
Reviews and analyzes Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaint files; serves as Contracting Officer's Representative for outsourcing services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assigns cases to and coordinates the activities of independent contractors who provide pre-complaint counseling and/or mediation services. Reviews reports for legal sufficiency and authority settlement agreements reached at the pre-complaint counseling stage and monitors compliance with those agreements.
2. Reviews DRS (Dispute Resolution Specialist) Inquiry Report to determine sufficiency for acceptance and dismissal. Processes formal complaints of employment discrimination and related amendments and consolidations for acceptance and dismissal through application of Equal Employment Opportunity Commission regulations and case law. Responds to appeals of final agency decisions dismissing complaints.
3. Assigns cases to and coordinates the activities of independent contractor EEO investigators. Reviews investigative plans, and draft and completed EEO investigations to ensure compliance wtih national quality standards and regulatory timelines.
4. Coordinates and reviews the work of independent contractors preparing draft final Agency decisions on the merits of EEO complaints. Issues final agency decisions on the merits of EEO complaints on behalf of the Postal Service and responds to appeals of these final agency decisions. Reviews decisions issued by EEOC Administrative Judges on the merits of EEO complaints and issues Notices of Final Action, either implementing or appealing those decisions. Assists in responding to appeals of Notices of Final Action.
5. Develops and provides EEO training to EEO service providers, Area, and District personnel. Assists in the development and delivery of training or skills development sessions for newly selected Investigative Services Office) Analysts.
6. Provides guidance and technical advice concerning the EEO complaints process and Postal Service regulations, policies, programs and procedures to independent contractors. Provides guidance concerning EEO issues to Area and District personnel.
7. Interacts as necessary with EEO Compliance and Appeals, the Law Department, postal management, EEOC District and Field Offices, and the EEOC's Office of Federal Operations with respect to the procedures for processing pending EEO complaints.

2. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Geothermal HVAC Service Technician to join our team, specializing in residential ground and water source heat pump systems. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service while performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on advanced, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems. Strong knowledge with refrigeration and low voltage control wiring is key. If you feel you need more training, we have paid training programs available. Geothermal System are the main equipment we service, along with gas furnaces, boilers and other HVAC equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* System Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance, including inspecting and testing components, monitoring fluid levels, checking for leaks, and cleaning/replacing filters to ensure optimal system performance and extend lifespan.
* Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system malfunctions in geothermal heat pumps and integrated HVAC components (e.g., thermostats, zone controls, hot water heater integrations).
* Installation Support: Assist with the installation, commissioning, flushing, and purging of new residential geothermal systems, including ground loop piping (both vertical and horizontal), ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes.

Heritage Production LLC is an all-natural bulk confectionery supplier specializing in our Melt-to-Make™ all-natural gummy base product line serving licensed cannabis and nutraceutical manufacturers. As demand for compliant, clean-label products continues to grow, we are expanding our Sales Team.
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Associate who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to grow within a dynamic, emerging industry.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Strategy Support
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop and execute monthly and annual sales strategies
- Support the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through close
- Assist in achieving team revenue targets
Lead Management & Customer Relationships
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads
- Nurture prospects as they move through the sales pipeline
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Assist Senior Sales Team in managing and updating pipeline reports across sales channels
Communication & Product Expertise
- Develop strong outbound phone presence and confidence initiating conversations
- Build deep knowledge of product offerings, industry regulations, and competitive landscape
- Represent the company professionally in all communications

Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of sales or related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong computer proficiency and professional email communication
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and video conferencing tools
- CRM experience preferred (HubSpot a plus)
