The opportunity
Within EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution sub service line, our Software Strategy Group (SSG) team members conduct primary and secondary research, synthesize and analyze data, build and test hypotheses, and deliver strategic advice to our clients to help them make informed decisions. We have developed the models, industry contacts, benchmarks, and methods designed for the software economy. Additionally, SSG works with internal Managing Consultants who have been CTOs and CEOs in early and late-stage software companies. Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Associate/Consultant with EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Software Strategy Group, you will be responsible for leading work streams translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables. Senior Associates/Consultants manage day-to-day problem-solving and team analytical activities, and serve as key liaisons between consulting team members, Directors, Senior Directors, Partners, and our clients.

Experience managing business strategy and commercial diligence projects in complex environments.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $130,000 to $185,000. Profile:
The Retail Marketplace Operations Manager will support the following:
- Direct-to-consumer shipping activities including marketplace, drop-shipments, and direct to consumer
- Returns management and disposition
- Retail and outlet shipping for owned stores
The Manager will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders in Distribution Operations and the Retail team to optimize performance. This role will support the continuous improvement of the returns process, as well as helping to ensure timely and efficient delivery of merchandise directly to customers or GIII retail outlets.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to analyze and accelerate strategies that define and implement best practices for merchandise returns, inventory placement, and disposition.
- Develop and implement the overall returns strategy to improve customer satisfaction and optimize the returns process, reducing costs and enhancing operational efficiency.

- Monitor and analyze returns data, identifying trends, root causes, and areas of opportunity for continuous improvement. Provide regular reports to leadership on key metrics, such as return rates, product defects, and cost of returns.

What You Bring to the Team
β’ 12+ years of professional experience in eCommerce, digital commerce strategy, or site operations.
β’ Minimum 10 years of experience leading eCommerce teams.
β’ Proven success managing eCommerce merchandising, digital marketing channels, and site operations in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Strong experience with performance marketing, retention channels, and managing digital marketing budgets.
β’ Expertise developing performance metrics and analyzing data to drive business decisions.

- Input & Review: Actively participate in workshops, provide subject matter expertise, and review draft procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Decision-Making: Review and approve (or reject) proposed procedures, ensuring they are practical for implementation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison to manage expectations, communicate changes, and secure buy-in from impacted teams.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
