As Senior Accountant - G&A Events, you'll sit at the intersection of finance and some of the company's most highprofile moments. You'll own the financial integrity of largescale, highvisibility events-partnering closely with event leaders, finance teammates, and leadership to ensure accuracy, transparency, and strong controls. What's On Your Plate

• Own accounting and reporting for 25+ annual events with 9,000+ attendees

• Ensure accurate recording of event expenses, accruals, prepaids, and reserves

• Reconcile event budgets to actuals and clearly explain variances

• Support financial planning and cost tracking across multiple largescale events

• Lead monthend close activities for event accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Serve as the primary accounting partner for event owners and internal stakeholders

• Maintain strong internal controls and a clean, wellsupported balance sheet

• Analyze monthly income statement and quarterly balance sheet activity tied to events

• Prepare clear, concise financial summaries for leadership

• Provide onsite accounting support for select major events, as needed

• Support annual G&A events budgeting, audits, special projects, and general G&A needs

• Handle sensitive, nonpublic information with discretion

Your Recipe for Success

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 2+ years of accounting experience with strong data management and analysis skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Microsoft D365 and Power BI is a plus

• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills

Women who may have the ability to produce eggs but are unable to use their uterus or do not have a uterus, may consider a surrogate. A donated egg may also be used with the surrogate in the event a woman cannot produce her own eggs or her uterus is not intact or insufficient to carry a pregnancy. Using an egg donor unrelated to the surrogate carrier eliminates any biological tie. The egg of the surrogate is never used as part of the assisted reproduction process, so that a surrogate is never in the position of delivering her own biological child.

The basic requirements of a woman to serve as a surrogate are:

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.

Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. The amount of compensation is dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, whether the surrogate carries twins, what procedures a surrogate is required to undergo and whether the delivery is vaginally or by cesarean section.

Property/Project Management

• Oversee the management of buildings, including maintenance services and outside contractors/vendors
• Contact and place service orders with maintenance staff or other vendors/contractors
• Create RFPs and solicit proposals for maintenance contractors and construction projects
• Visit properties periodically for general inspections and to meet vendors/contractors

Customer Service/Community Governance

• Liaison with the Board of Directors and advise them from time to time
• Direct contact for resident concerns/requests pertaining to building related issues and/or Association policies
• Send out mass communication to residents
• Ensure administrative document conformity to comply with Association policies
• Maintain knowledge of all pertinent documents (Declarations, ByLaws, Rules and Regulations, vendor contracts, etc.)
• Facilitate move ins/outs in accordance with Association policies (schedule, take deposits, pre/post inspections when necessary, return deposits, etc.)
• Prepare and fill out condominium questionnaires, 22.1 disclosures, PAL's and other sales/refinance documents
• Schedule and attend after hours Association meetings

Financial/Administration

• Assist in the creation of budgets for each Association and review accounting and financial statements
• Monitor contracts
• Collect all assessments and enforce any late fees as outlined by the Association’s governing documents
• Handle all delinquent accounts promptly and place into collections if necessary
• Input/maintain data into web based software; audit information.
• Draft/proofread notices/memos/letters
• Supervise administrative assistants.  Provide guidance with task tracking, assignment and execution
• Approve and pay invoices for Associations
