Fuel Center Associate

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Fuel Center Associate, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing our customers' experience! In this position, you will assist customers, operate the cash register, and ensure our fuel center remains clean and well-organized. You'll also be responsible for maintaining safety compliance, filling out reports, and embodying our company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while promoting a friendly atmosphere.
• Handle fuel pumping for customers efficiently and safely.
• Conduct daily inspections and complete necessary reports to maintain operational standards.
• Perform cashier duties and manage transactions accurately.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with problem resolution.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the fuel center and displays.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
• Engage in training for emergency procedures and customer interactions.
• Support customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring everyone feels welcomed.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Familiarity with industry terminology and practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Capability to work independently without direct supervision.

Desired:

• Previous experience in a related field.
• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
