Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Broker - DOD-SDDC, based in Monroe, NC. The professional we are looking for has experience within the Government sector, with the appropriate contacts to immediately grow this brokerage for us. The role involves managing freight brokerage operations, coordinating shipping logistics, managing dispatching tasks, and building strong relationships with customers and carriers. Responsibilities include account management, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining high-quality customer service, and securing new opportunities to grow the business.


Qualifications

  • Skills in DOD-SDDC Freight Brokerage and Brokerage to manage transportation services and logistics effectively.

Position Purpose:

Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Job Description: Our Flex Officers are trained to work at every job site within SGT. This includes working mobile vehicle patrol. We depend on our Flex Officers to work a job site whenever there is a call off or a fire watch. We are still a startup company so you must be "ALL IN" on this opportunity, which simply means you are dedicated to do whatever is needed to take care of our clients. Normally we work 8 hour shift, however sometimes this means working 12 hour shifts and working extra days to help cover open shifts. Pay & Benefits:

  • $0.53-$0.57 CPM + $16 Per Stop; Starting Pay Based on Experience
  • Earn $70,000-$75,000 Annually
  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus in 10 monthly payments for Experienced Drivers
  • Annual Mileage Pay Increases Until Maxed at $0.60 CPM
