We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Carmel, IN! The Project Manager will participate in the development and construction of multi-family unit projects, and handle the contracting, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of each assigned project. The right candidate will plan, direct, and coordinate activities concerned with the construction of a project from inception to turnover.
What are the responsibilities of the Project Manager?
- Research and identify qualified trades and suppliers to bid on construction projects.
- Review plans for constructability and provide insight on value engineering.
- Write and negotiate contracts with suppliers and trades.
- Perform detailed analyses of bids and create spreadsheets for the Director of Construction to review.
- Write detailed lists for quantities of material usage if needed.
- Work cohesively with the General Superintendent to develop, monitor and publish construction schedules.
- Work directly with Superintendents to help resolve any construction issues on-site.
- Setup weekly jobsite meetings with Superintendents and their contractors to help facilitate workflow and to hold trades accountable for quality work and performance pursuant to the contracts.
- Understand compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is preferred.
- Extensive experience in multi-family or hospitality construction is required.
- Previous experience in a Superintendent role is preferred.
- Ability to write construction schedules using Excel or MS Project is required.
- Land development experience is a plus.
- Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software is a plus.
- The ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Must present the ability to execute job duties under stressful circumstances, such as last-minute deadlines or other difficult situations.

Position Overview
The VDC Project Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing construction planning through accurate coordination and quality by integrating reality capture technologies and digital workflows. This position leads the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM), field technology, and model-based processes to enhance coordination, precision, and efficiency across all phases of the project lifecycle. The VDC Project Manager collaborates closely with preconstruction, operations, and field teams to ensure that models, data, and technology are seamlessly aligned with project delivery and on-site execution.
Assigned Responsibilities
- Develop and implement companywide VDC standards and templates.
- Train teams on VDC tools to boost digital proficiency
- Lead BIM/VDC coordination across architectural, civil, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Develop and maintain discipline specific BIM models.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and designers to ensure accurate model-based planning and execution.
- Manage BIM Execution Plans and VDC standards.
- Conduct clash detection and constructability reviews using Navisworks, Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Geolocate models for survey alignment, field layout, and spatial coordination.
- Integrate point clouds into Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for design verification.
- Collaborate with Senior Survey Manager to translate models into field layout and verify as-builts.
- Maintain as-built models throughout construction.
- Validate field conditions for QA/QC and coordination.
- Perform and manage 3D laser scanning with Leica, FARO, or Trimble equipment.
- Manage and operate reality capture technologies including drones (FAA Part 107 certification required) and insta 360 cameras for precise geospatial data and visual documentation to support planning, design and construction.
- Ensure organized data management and long-term storage.
- Research and apply emerging construction technologies.
- 8–10 years of experience in the construction, engineering, or design industry.
- Minimum 5 years of direct BIM coordination experience.
- Proven expertise in BIM model management and reality capture technologies.
- Proficiency in BIM software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, ReCap, and MicroStation.
- Proficiency in scan processing software: Leica Cyclone, FARO Scene, Trimble RealWorks.
- Proficiency with drone operation and data processing tools: DroneDeploy, DJI Terra, Pix4D.
- Solid understanding of survey principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including drawings, specifications, schedules, and scopes of work.
- Skilled in interpreting and utilizing scanned point cloud data.

Summary
Verigent is looking for an Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical systems on a high-tech construction project. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of high-performance, mission-critical infrastructure that meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This individual will be an integral member of the on-site Electrical Team, managing all aspects of electrical construction from pre-construction through commissioning. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage subcontractors and vendors, and help deliver mission-critical infrastructure on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This position will be fully at the project site near Boise, Idaho.
Essential Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor on-site electrical teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Serve as the electrical systems technical advisor at onsite field construction office.
- Provide electrical systems technical support in the field, including layout, verification, and sequencing of installations.
- Lead planning, scheduling, and monitoring electrical construction activities.
- Lead or support meetings involving area managers, design team members, multiple subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Facilitate daily coordination meetings and resolve field issues promptly.
- Attend and contribute to pre-installation meetings; assist in documentation of as-built conditions.
- Interface between area managers and multiple subcontractors to assist with resolution of field coordination items.
- Coordination with engineering consultants, architects, vendors, and client representatives.
- Review, interpret, and coordinate electrical design drawings, construction documents, technical manuals, and quantifying materials required for construction from the documents.
- Review and process shop drawings, product data, and technical submittal information; cross-coordinate between submittals to ensure the compatibility and constructability.
- Generate, receive, and distribute Requests for Information (RFI).
- Receive and distribute change documents, bulletins and field directives issued by other team members.
- Support BIM coordination and participate in clash detection and resolution processes.
- Coordination installation and inspection of various electrical system components such as switchgear, UPS systems, generators, PDUs, bus ducts and low-voltage systems.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE), and client requirements.
- Lead QA/QC efforts for the electrical installations, including participation pre-functional testing and systems start up.
- Maintain documentation for inspections, testing and commissioning.
- Assist in the commissioning and turnover of systems.
- Collaborate with Mechanical, Plumbing, CSA, and other Electrical Construction Managers to ensure integration of civil, architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of project changes, RFIs, submittals and as-built documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Electrical Construction Management experience in commercial building construction required, with at least 3 years in hyperscale or mission-critical data center environments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale electrical installations, preferably in hyper-scaled data centers.
- Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure and systems including high voltage, medium voltage, and low voltage distribution, UPS, generators, grounding and BMS integration.
- Knowledge of Uptime Institute or other data center standards.
- Deep understanding of construction means and methods, trade sequencing, and commissioning processes and integrated systems testing.
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor of science in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, structural engineering, construction management or equivalent degree and/or equivalent craft level work experience.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities of the Construction Supervisor:
· The primary point of contact on the jobsite, responsible for all subcontractors from the first shovel to the client move-in.

Key Responsibilities
- Project planning and execution, budgeting and cost control, team leadership and collaboration, and quality assurance and safety compliance on assigned projects.

- Prepare and present a Monthly Project Review report.
- Certify and sign statement on each invoice that all work to be paid under the invoice has been completed in accordance with contract requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, building construction, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in construction management overseeing multiple, concurrent projects as a Project Engineer, PM, or equivalent role.
- MUST HAVE proven background in Federal and/or Military construction projects
- Knowledge of the FARS is preferred.
- Knowledge of Federal procedures is preferred.
- EM 385 USACE Certification preferred.

Position Description
Job Summary:
The Project Manager (Municipal) partners directly with municipalities across Upstate New York and Vermont to deliver high-quality construction solutions that meet community infrastructure needs. This role manages projects from initial client engagement and estimating through planning, execution, and final delivery.
The Project Manager collaborates closely with materials operations, superintendents, estimators, and equipment managers to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of Peckham’s products, services, and capabilities in order to develop effective paving solutions and maintain long-term municipal partnerships.

- 3–7 years of construction project management experience, preferably in paving or heavy civil construction. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus but not required; equivalent industry experience, training, or technical knowledge will be considered.
- Experience with Project scheduling and coordination of crews, equipment, trucking, materials, and subcontractors
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, contracts, and bid documents
- Experience with DOT, municipal, or roadway construction projects and compliance with OSHA safety standards

As a Senior Outside Plant Construction Technician in Appleton, WI, you will oversee the construction and maintenance of PON/fiber network communications facilities in TDS Telecom serving areas. Performs advanced operation of construction equipment which includes, but is not limited to, trenchers, backhoes, end loaders, and plows. Manages the overall project while coordinating with internal and external resources. Ensures the entire team operates according to safety protocols.

Responsibilities :
- Receives maps and staking sheets for the full construction project and ensures project is built, with limited guidance from supervisors.
- Communicates updates to the project team as required.
- Manages daily and weekly project work based on deadlines, material and equipment availability, weather, and other factors.
- Coordinates with supervisor to ensure continual supply of work and availability of materials.
- Drafts and submits redlines upon completion of project.
