The incumbent will oversee the field activities of all field staff and subcontractors to ensure the construction processes are executed in a timely, safely, and cost-effective manner on this project. Accurately assesses residents' health status as well as their educational and environmental needs on admission and on an ongoing basis. Remains aware about and communicates to the appropriate interdisciplinary team (IDT) member any significant change in condition. Accurately documents all assessments. Develops dynamic care plans based upon the identified needs of the residents through an interdisciplinary approach that includes physicians, residents, families, and other IDT members. Reviews and revises the care plan as the resident's needs, problems, and goals change. Communicates the plan to the appropriate IDT members along with the residents and families. Accurately documents the care plan on admission, cognition change, or regulatory requirements for care planning. Identifies necessary nursing interventions relevant to the plan of care which includes nursing orders, physician orders, residents/families educational and environmental needs. Interventions such as medication administration, treatments, and IV fluid administrations are accomplished in a safe and timely manner. Documents all interventions accurately and timely. Uses critical thinking skills when dealing with residents' change in condition. Notifies the physician timely using the SBARR as the communication tool. Maintains composure during and handles any crisis situation such as family dissatisfaction, staff disputes, or inclement weather in a calm and professional manner. Monitors the care of the residents closely to see that the care plan is being delivered effectively. Identifies problem areas and uses the QAPI process to actively address the situation for immediate problem resolution. Remains knowledgeable about the status of the resident to quickly identify behavioral changes or other untoward signs or symptoms. Assists in answering call lights and assists with resident care such as ADLs. Completes twelve hours, at a minimum, of offerings related to nursing. Upholds commitment to remaining current in best nursing practices through knowledge of Bethesda's policies and self-study. May be assigned other duties as appropriate.

Qualifications – What You’ll Bring:

• Active RN license in the state of employment (or eligible to obtain).
• 1+ year of RN experience in hospice, home health, ICU, oncology, geriatrics, or related nursing fields.

• Comfortable providing care in diverse settings, including private homes and facilities.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills in emotionally sensitive situations.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

The consultant will join a Dynamics 365 implementation project to lead data migration, Dataverse/ CDM data modeling, and analytics enablement for various business units. They will design and validate data models and guide migration/testing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data migration strategy and roadmap for the Dynamics 365 implementation.
• Design, document, and validate Dataverse/ CDM data models and entity relationships for D365 use cases.

Who we are looking for:

We are currently searching for a Coiler (Machine operator) to be based out of New Bedford, MA Duchaine Facility. Reporting to the Manufacturing Shift Supervisor, the operator will be responsible for operating machinery in the areas of coiling, packing and using simple measurement instruments to check work and completing paperwork required.

What you will do:

Machine Operator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Read and comprehend production Standard Work and Job Function Analysis (JFA)
  
• Ensure production materials are available.
  
• Operate and observe machinery during production.
  
• Identify acceptable or unacceptable product quality to customer requirements and quality standards.
  
• Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers to achieve productivity and site goals.
  
• Adhere to all safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions immediately.
  

What you will bring:

• 
  
• High School diploma or equivalent education and experience strongly preferred but not required.
  
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred.
  
• Ability to work in an environment with loud noises, smells and/or extreme temperatures at times.
  
• Basic Math skills required.
  
• Must have the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  
• Must be able to push, pull, bend, sit and stand without assistance.
  
• Good attendance and strong work ethic required.
  
• Must have the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
  
• Ability to follow directions and complete work in a safe and efficient manner while producing a quality product.
