Frontend React developer with NextJS AND GCP

Required Skills & Experience

* 5-10+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on expertise in

React and Next.js.

* Prior experience as a Tech Lead driving execution for engineering teams.

* Strong experience deploying cloud applications using GCP, ideally Cloud Run.

* Deep understanding of CI/CD best practices with GitHub Actions.

* Practical experience with Mob or similar state management libraries.

* Experience implementing secure authentication systems (SSO, Auth, OpenlD).

* Familiarity with observability tooling such as Datadog (RUM, logs, metrics).

* Ability to lead engineers through code reviews, architectural discussions, and best practices.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience with feature flag platforms (Datadog or LaunchDarkly).

Experience with ShadN Ul or design-system driven development.

Background in transitioning CSS frameworks (e.g,, away from Tailwind
