Immigration Attorney (Minneapolis–St. Paul)

Join a fast-paced, high-impact immigration practice serving a diverse community. This is a hands-on role for an attorney who thrives under pressure, manages a heavy caseload, and is committed to exceptional client advocacy.
What You’ll Do
- Handle a high-volume caseload across removal defense, asylum, family-based cases, U/T visas, VAWA, AOS, and more
- Represent clients before EOIR & USCIS (MCH, ICH, bond hearings, interviews)
- Draft motions, briefs, and legal filings
- Prepare clients for hearings and interviews
- Collaborate with a strong legal team
What We’re Looking For
- JD + active bar (any U.S. jurisdiction)
- Min. 3+ years in immigration law (court experience preferred)
- Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills
- Spanish fluency preferred
- Organized, resilient, and client-centered

Compensation & Benefits
$95K–$140K depending on experience/skill + medical, dental, PTO, holidays, 401(k), profit sharing available.
