Position overview

We are seeking a mid-level to senior Associate Attorney (3+ years of experience) with a strong background in insurance coverage and/or complex commercial litigation, and ideally exposure to construction law.

In this role, you will be a key member of our coverage and litigation team, working on sophisticated matters that involve:

  • Analyzing complex insurance policies and coverage issues
  • Litigating high-value disputes involving insurance and construction risks
  • Partnering directly with clients to develop strategy and solve business-critical problems

We are looking for an Associate Attorney for our St. Michael location. An experienced Attorney in our fast-paced Business Litigation Department, focusing on the defense of workers' compensation claims and other civil litigation matters.
