My client — the largest supplier of building materials in the United States — is seeking a Senior Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow a high-value contractor territory.

This role is designed for experienced building-materials sales professionals who already manage $5M–$7M+ annual contractor portfolios and want to expand their book of business with the resources of a national market leader.

You will partner with builders, framing contractors, developers, and remodelers to provide complete material packages including lumber, engineered wood products, trusses, windows, doors, and siding.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a $5M–$7M+ contractor territory, developing long-term relationships with builders, framers, and general contractors.
• Identify new residential construction and renovation opportunities, expanding contractor accounts and securing project pipeline.
• Develop competitive material takeoffs and sales proposals, working closely with design, estimating, and inside sales teams.
• Sell full building material packages including lumber, engineered wood products, windows, doors, siding, and specialty materials.
• Protect and grow gross margin performance through strategic pricing, product mix, and contractor partnership.
• Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure jobsite materials are delivered on schedule and according to project specifications.
• Maintain active engagement with job sites and contractors, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track pipeline activity, contractor relationships, and territory performance through CRM and sales reporting tools.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years outside sales experience in building materials distribution
• Experience managing $5M–$7M+ contractor territory
• Strong relationships with builders, framers, and general contractors
• Background selling building material - roof & floor trusses, engineered lumber (LVL/I-joist), windows & doors, siding packages, & whole builder packages for housing developments (lumber + windows + trusses)
• Ability to develop contractor relationships and close large material packages

Job Description:

Supports the design and implementation of controls-based solutions for novel future processing equipment, specifically fiber making and cable process equipment, in the optical waveguide and cabling manufacturing processes. These controls solutions will enable manufacturing systems to deliver and transform raw materials to product, convey ware between discrete processing steps, and/or measure and characterize ware created and/or processed by these novel manufacturing methods.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

· Integrate field devices for flow control, material handling and metering, motion control, temperature control, and associated safety systems based the system design package enabling a fully functional equipment platform.

· Work closely with controls engineers to implement control sequence logic (both time-based and event-based), fail-safe states, and process /equipment recovery sequences.

· Implement specified field devices to accomplish desired process / equipment functions, and compatible / compliant with site standards.

· Accurately estimate timeframe to complete assigned project work once scope of work is adequately defined and then complete work to agreed-to timeline.

· Participate in engineering project teams that are responsible to deliver robust, cost-effective automation and process machine systems to Company's manufacturing plants and processes.

· Work within project teams to support the solving of difficult automation problems, resolution of project related issues, and development of fundamental understanding of technical / process requirements critical to system success.

· Drive the deployment of defined control architectures, control system standards, and system integration that will satisfy process and manufacturing requirements.

· Interface with external system integrators and machine builders to enable project deliverables.

· Actively participate in project fabrication, off-line integration and testing, drawings and documentation, installation, production start-up support, training of plant personnel, and technology transfer.

· Report to project leader on assigned project activities on a pre-determined basis.

About the Role

Location: Londonderry, New Hampshire

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing service and support during field visits for customer’s equipment. You will manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, diagnosing technical problems, and determining proper solutions in order to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.

Your Mission

•Installation of equipment at customer’s facility to ensure full functionality according to EOS specifications.

•Provide on-site technical/remote assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.

•Perform preventative maintenance procedures for customer’s equipment within the scheduled time.

•Timely, accurate submission of all service documentation according to EOS procedures and guidelines.

•Cooperate in projects such as training, documentation, and exhibition installations.

•Work closely with 2nd Level Support to ensure local install base is maintained to company standards.

•Communicate and maintain service records and field service reports.

•Manage EOS service tools and spare parts inventory to ensure accurate inventory ofassigned company assets.

Your Talents

•Minimum 2-3 years of experience in servicing industrial equipment.

•Certified technician or skilled worker in electrical engineering technology.

•Experience in additive manufacturing data preparation using MAGICS and/or SolidWorks.

•Thorough product knowledge on industrial lasers and axis motion systems.

•Skilled in using written, oral, schematic and diagram engineering instructions.

•Possess computer knowledge (PC-configuration, MS-Windows, Network knowledge, MS- Office).

•Availability to work irregular shifts, including evenings and weekends.

•Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

•Professional appearance and conduct, with good communication skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively, including international travel.

• Valid driver’s license and passport.
