Emergency Department Profile Annual ED patient volume: approximately 50,000+ 36-bed ED with excellent specialty backup EPIC EMR Modern facility with high-acuity patient mix Well-established clinical workflows and strong interdepartmental support What You'll Do Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients of all ages in the emergency department Collaborate with attending emergency medicine physicians and multidisciplinary teams Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, I&Ds, and more (as credentialed) Participate in patient flow optimization, quality initiatives, and patient-centered care Deliver compassionate, efficient, evidence-based emergency care Qualifications Active Alabama NP or PA license (or ability to obtain) Minimum 2 years of emergency medicine or urgent care experience strongly preferred ACLS, PALS required; ATLS preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently with physician support Commitment to high-quality, team-based emergency care Apply today to learn more.
