Position Purpose:
Our luxury client is seeking an energetic, dependable retail sales associate to join our growing team. You will directly assist customers, process transactions, help merchandise the sales floor, and play a vital role in making our client experience a positive one. Top-notch customer service skills are a must, as is the ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales/Customer Service
- Strive to meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIโs
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining clients
- Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance relationships and drive sales.
- Follow the established Westime โSales Techniques and Serviceโ
- Develop strong product knowledge as well as company history, information and news knowledge.
- Knowledgeable in current industry trends and technology including familiarity of competition.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behaviors and follow the Westime dress code standards
- Support all company initiates as they relate to product launches, customer service and selling
Store Operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Assist with inventory and special projects as needed
- Perform opening and closing store duties as needed
- Visual Merchandising
- Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from corporate and management
Team Relations
- Maintain open, professional and ongoing communications with store management, peers and corporate.
- Partner with the team to achieve store goals
- Be a positive role model and represent the brand appropriately at all times
- Adapt to changing needs of the brand and company
- Where requested, participate in the training of new sales associates (product knowledge, store procedures, company policies, etc.)
Education & Skills Required:
- Minimum of 3 yearsโ experience in luxury retail required
- Previous experience in high end watch sales preferred
- Experience and proven success in client service in a luxury environment needed
- Strong organization, communication and follow-up skills are essential
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously
- Results oriented and self-motivated individual who is able to achieve goals defined by management
- Highly flexible and able to work as part of a team in a demanding environment
- Computer proficiency a must

About the Role The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for accurate receiving, storing, picking and shipping of product to meet company standards of accuracy, attention to details, sanitation, safety, security and productivity.
What You'll Do Count all products, compare to packing slip/Warehouse Management System (WMS) and check all shipments for damage, quantity, part number accuracy and expiration dates.
Report shortages, damages and mis-shipments (โshipment errorsโ or โincorrect shipmentsโ) on appropriate forms.
Sign for inbound shipments when necessary.
Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
Efficiently stack and store merchandise in pallet, static, cantilever, yard and wire storage areas/rack.
Ensure that the correct number and type of product is picked in WMS.
Transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment.
Bag, tag or mark orders as required.
Compare quantity, labeling and address with order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct in WMS.
Accept signature for outbound as necessary.
Efficiently move product into trailers, box/rack trucks, vans, cars or containers.
Maintain all equipment in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
Operate equipment safely and efficiently, while complying with OSHA and company standards.
Assist in inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
Ensure proper stock rotation.
Preform aisle assessments and assignments.
Other duties such as repack or re-box cases per training and storage instructions.
Repair and recoup damaged goods as required.
Operate shrink-wrap machine.
Charge forklift battery as needed; repair pallets when necessary; clean floors, work area, yard and truck bays as requested; empty trash, refill supplies for order processing and remove snow as required.

Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Processing
- Process customer orders across internal systems, business partners, and customer platforms

- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure orders ship on schedule
Customer & Partner Coordination

- Update customers with order details including shipping information and tracking numbers
- Maintain and update customer records including ship-to addresses and contact lists
Financial & Data Support
- Work with Finance to resubmit past-due invoices and update payment status from customer portals

Operations Support
- Maintain operating and quality standards aligned with service objectives

Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 0โ3 years of experience in order processing, invoicing, data entry, or customer operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (candidates will complete an Excel assessment)
- Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms is a plus
- Basic familiarity with EDI order processing is highly preferred
- Experience coordinating with shipping vendors such as FedEx, UPS, or freight carriers is a plus
