POSITION SUMMARY
Our NPs and PAs are team players who contribute to TruHealth's success and help our partners enhance their residents' quality of life. Duties include:
- Assessing patients' medical and mental health needs and providing a plan of care that proactively manages their conditions and addresses barriers to care
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal agencies related to clinical services you provide
- Prescribing medications and ordering lab work, diagnostic procedures and consultations
- Monitoring patients' compliance and response to their treatment and modifying those plans
WORK EXPERIENCE, CREDENTIALS AND EDUCATION
- APRN or PA license required
- Degree from an accredited APRN or PA program
- 3 years' experience in clinical nursing or rehab in geriatric populations and or Fee for Service experience
- Electronic Health Records experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- May be required to provide training and advice to facility staff

Department/Unit Summary
The rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Rehabilitation Hospital provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in discharges planning process.

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
- CCRN preferred.
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.

As a team member in our Environmental Services Group, you will support multiple projects, complete and lead technical fieldwork, and draft reports. The Environmental Services Group has several exciting projects in 2026, and we are looking to fill our roster with Botanists of varying backgrounds such as wetland science, rangeland science, rare plant and noxious weed identification, and special status species survey experience. Work is performed both within the field and working from home. In certain instances, candidates may need to report to work in an office. Candidates must be located in either Oregon or southern Washington. If Mother Nature can create it, we will survey it. The position may require extensive computer use, physical ability to operate a telephone, overnight travel, and sitting for extended periods of time. Candidate may lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

MercyOne is a Level 3 trauma center, so really complex cases are stabilized then sent to a tertiary center.
Weekend Call Requirements:Must be able/comfortable with OB/epidurals, some trauma, some spine, simple peds cases, bread and butter stuff to cover call.
