The Riggs Field-to-Office Rotational Internship is designed to give students hands-on exposure to every major facet of our construction operations. Interns will rotate through key roles across both field and office environments, gaining a holistic understanding of how projects are planned, built, and delivered.
This program is intentionally immersive — interns will not only observe but actively contribute, including working alongside field crews to understand construction from the ground up.

Program Structure
Duration: 12 Weeks (Summer) — May 4, 2026 to July 31, 2026
Compensation: Paid (discussed during interview process)
Rotation Schedule: Interns will rotate through each assignment for approximately 4 weeks, gaining exposure to different responsibilities and workflows that collectively drive project success.

ROTATION DETAILS
Crew Operations Rotation (Hands-On Field Experience)
This rotation places interns directly with one of our field crews to gain firsthand experience in the physical construction process. The goal is to build a foundational understanding of how work is installed, sequenced, and executed safely and efficiently.

• Work alongside field crews performing entry-level construction tasks

Direct the contract management and project team activities for one or more large assigned capital building projects from inception to final completion. Roebuck Landscaping is hiring a Project Manager, Commercial Landscape Construction to lead projects from kickoff through closeout. This role is responsible for coordinating field operations, managing schedules and budgets, supporting crews and subcontractors, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to Roebuck Landscaping standards.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Vice President of Construction for Jensen Landscape serves as the second-in-command for the construction division and is responsible for driving EBITDA growth, operational excellence, and people leadership across the business. This role partners closely with the President of Construction to execute strategy, enhance field labor productivity, and scale a high-performing organization.
The VP leads all aspects of construction operations including estimating, project management, and field execution, while ensuring Monarch is a best place to work and a best-in-class operator in the industry.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience
- 10+ years of leadership experience in commercial construction or landscape construction.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
