What You Will Be Doing

• Operate and monitor 3D printers (e.g., SLS, FDM, SLA) to ensure successful builds.
• Perform post-processing tasks such as cleaning, sanding, deburring, and assembling printed parts.
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Load and manage materials for printers, ensuring readiness for production.
• Keep the lab organized and clean by adhering to 5S and safety protocols.
• Perform logistics activities, preparing parts for shipping, and collecting incoming shipments to the lab.

Required Skills & Experience

IT Field Operations Senior

The opportunity:

• As a member of Customer’s IT Field Operations Group, you will be responsible for providing end user application and hardware support, including PC workstations, printers/drivers, advanced network and telecom troubleshooting, server support and level II resolution of incident tickets while operating in a 24x7 manufacturing environment.
• You will provide advanced desk-side support, interfacing with a diverse user community in a variety of office, laboratory, and production equipment locations. This will include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, support, and control of critical technology infrastructure.
• In addition to your technical role in support of the administrative offices and production facilities at the designated Customer location, you may also be called upon to provide support for other regional locations as needed.
• As a Field Operations resource, you will establish, communicate, and implement customer IT policies and standards to your team and local business partners.
• Work closely with the IT enterprise organizations, including the Service Desk, to ensure proper communication, escalation, and resolution of disruptions in the technology service delivery.

 We are seeking a Sign Shop Assistant with 3+ years of experience working in print shop environment preferably within the film, television, and live events industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and sign fabrication, with a focus on creating print-ready materials such as posters, floor graphics, prop packaging, dimensional lettering, event/convention displays, and more. This position will also require close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality printed materials within tight deadlines.

What You'll Do:

This role is critical to producing high-quality printed components using UV-curable inks on various substrates. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Set up and prepare UV printing machines by loading inks, calibrating print heads, and adjusting machine settings

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Screen Printing & DTF Production Manager to oversee our Screen Printing and DTF departments. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production output to meet order volume targets for DTF and screen printing

• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventative maintenance on DTF printers and screen printing presses
• Track production metrics: rolls printed per day, orders completed, reprint rates, and throughput per shift

Required Qualifications
