Job Summary The Senior Program Manager, International Student Recruitment is the subject matter expert (SME) and key driver for the development and implementation of a strategic student outreach/recruitment campaign to attract qualified applicants in designated world regions on behalf of NYU Abu Dhabi (NYUAD).
This position has primary responsibility to develop specific regional plans to drive student applications to NYUAD, optimize initiatives and activities to enhance the student application pool, conduct data-driven impact analysis of recruitment activities on application targets from each region, and develop focused reports to communicate success and strategies to change approaches as required.
This position is responsible for management of operations, personnel, and budget allocations of the IIE/NYUAD Program, including supervision of direct reports (3), international contractors through a third-party Employer of Record (EOR) (4), and a dotted-line (matrix) reporting structure for outreach officers in IIE International Offices (4).
The Senior Program Manager represents IIE/NYUAD in interactions with NYUAD admissions leadership and team members.
Essential Functions: Manages the daily activities of the NYUAD program, including overseeing operations, budget allocations, personnel, and policy decision-making.
Provides guidance and direction to a global team of international recruitment professionals to achieve program deliverables including accountability of each team deliverables in five different world regions.
Manages employment of outreach officers through an EOR, including establishment, maintenance, and tracking of processes for payroll, expenses, reimbursements, vendor payment, and PTO.
Oversees the development of an international recruitment plan and strategy to identify and recruit a competitive and diverse international student applicants for all academic programs prioritizing students from regions relevant to the Scope of Work.
Responsible for the development of required, measurable, and outcome-based comprehensive progress reports on international student recruitment and outreach activities, in addition to target application data to communicate progress, challenges, and strategies to NYU and NYUAD leadership.
Develops customized and data-driven assessments of all recruitment initiatives to ensure required outcomes for recruitment plans are adequately accomplished.
Empowers team members to take a well-informed, data-driven, and strategic approach to country-level and regional-level outreach through providing guidance, training, and support.
Develops user-friendly recruitment resources and tools with assistance from the Business Process Analyst to inform recruitment planning and decision making.
Assesses ongoing regional strategies based on application targets, adjusting as required.
Responsible for program budget allocations between regional teams to allow for changes in program needs; monitors budget expenditures and provides input into policies; realignment of funds within various project and activity charge codes Oversees the planning and travel for all team members to recruitment and yield functions, including school visits, recruitment fairs, prospective student receptions, and yield events.
Develops and implements comprehensive onboarding/training of new team members and ongoing trainings for all IIE/NYUAD team members.
Manages full-team events including annual virtual January Retreat, Summer "mini sessions

This person will be responsible for working with the project team to develop accurate and complete modeling drawing sets. - Accurately identify product specifications and understand of detail assemblies and their application for installation.
- Create or revise/update construction drawings, maintaining a tracking log of drawings.

What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's (preferred) or Associates Degree in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) related field with 1 to 3 years of industry experience.
- 1+ years' experience in 3D Revit or 3D AutoCAD.
- Technical certificates in Drafting and ED BIM Modeling training (preferred).
- Experience with Autodesk Revit, CAD, and BIM procedures (Preferred).
- Familiarity with Overhead coordination process including 3D Modeling utilizing Revit in project environment, Project As-builts and turnover for Facility management.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, CAD and BIM systems including Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit Suite, BIM 360, Veo, Bluebeam, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Within 3 months, you'll:
- Complete the onboarding material and training on companies' products and drafting processes.
- Collecting information from multiple plans and incorporating them into a model which can be used to build structural support.
- Produce 2D shop drawings and 3D models projects with assistance of PM and BIM Designer.
- Complete Atkore Immersion process.
Within 6 months, you'll:
- Communicate effectively with PM's and other team members in order to gather the information needed for each project.
- Develop strong knowledge of the companies' products and produce accurate designs based on each project needs.
- Assist with BIM Designer to coordination meeting and be part of BIM project development at different phases: modeling, cleaning clashes and producing shop drawings.
Within 12 months, you'll:
- Produce structural models and drawings using Revit and manage coordination projects.
- Manipulate and develop CAD library components for AutoCAD and Revit or other related software.
- Independently handle BIM project from start to finish by assisting to BIM Coordination, performing clash detection, and resolving coordination issues.

The Senior Major Gifts Officer (Senior MGO) position is a full-time, exempt role that will have an opportunity to make a tremendous impact on a committed and dynamic fundraising team. Focusing on the thoughtful stewardship of established donors and the development of new donor relationships, the Senior MGO will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 prospects capable of making major gifts ($250K+).
This Officer will conduct personal visits and other meaningful interactions to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, close, and steward annual and special gifts at the five and six-figure level. The Senior MGO is responsible for recommending strategies that ensure each constituent in their portfolio will be solicited annually in the most impactful and thoughtful way. Additionally, the Senior MGO will focus on expanding the major gifts pipeline and deepening new philanthropic relationships with those in a position to be most generous.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Secure at least $1,000,000 each year for Boston Ballet’s annual operating support and special projects through five and six-figure gifts.
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 major gift prospects, current supporters, and Board leaders.
- Goal of 10 face-to-face donor visits per month, with an emphasis on cultivating new and upgraded support for Boston Ballet.
- Support strategic prospect relationship building with senior staff and board leadership.
- Participate in asks and strategy development for the Campaign for Boston Ballet’s Endowment, currently in a quiet phase.
- Creatively and compellingly share the impact of donors’ generosity to inspire increased giving.
- Partner with the Major Gifts team to cultivate a 300+ prospect pipeline, representing a range of engagement levels with Boston Ballet.
- Identify new sources of support, assess giving potential, recommend target ask amounts, and develop personalized strategies to secure annual gifts toward a multi-year annual giving growth strategy.
- Represent the Development team and engage prospects at the theater and events throughout the season with a warm and consistent presence.
- Develop materials for prospect and donor meetings to advance to cultivation strategies, including decks, written proposals, and briefings as applicable for senior leadership involvement.
- Act as a resource and mentor for junior members of the major gifts team and development team at large.
- Stay informed about industry trends as well as Company-specific news and events to be used to steward and cultivate major gift donors and prospects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of development experience, including at least 4 years of direct solicitations with a proven record of closing gifts at the $25,000+ level.
- Results-oriented and committed to shared goals with a high degree of initiative to motivate high-level donors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail necessary and an executive communication style.
- Ability to develop and implement effective cultivation and solicitation strategies.
- Proficiency and experience using a donor database.
- Ability to take direction and be a team player, while also working independently and strategically with external constituents.
- Ability to set priorities, balance demands of multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information ethically and responsibly.
- Eagerness to represent the Development Office and Boston Ballet with warmth and competence.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends staffing Company performances and special events.
- Must be passionate about advancing Boston Ballet, its programs, and dance as an art form.

Salary Pay Range: $95,000 to $110,000 per year. This range is a reasonable, good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position at this time, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs, and other considerations permitted by law. At Boston Ballet, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
