Key responsibilities this position will perform include:
- Develops and implements marketing plan that creates change in physician and hospital practice in the donor referral and family counseling processes that ultimately increases organ and tissue donation in assigned portfolio.
- Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis of hospital market to characterize donor potential and identifies and engages decision-making individuals who can influence hospital protocols to include best demonstrated practices for donor referrals and family counseling.
- Conducts education needs assessments for assigned hospitals and develops and implements educational plan.4. Establishes multi-disciplinary councils within assigned hospitals, using peer level influence in order to forge a consensus about standards of practice for the donor referral and family counseling and request process. Identifies decision-making individuals in assigned hospitals including chairpersons of medical staff, medical executive committee, ethics and critical care committees, surgery and medicine departments, and referring physicians and nurses from trauma, neurosurgery and critical care. Conduct individual meetings and gain support from each party, guide the group discussion and outline and implement next steps.
- Conduct field coaching and provide feedback for skill development in written and oral communications, public relations and sales and negotiation skills for clinical coordinators.
- Utilize superior customer service skills to develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians and nursing staff and medical and executive leadership in assigned hospitals.
- Disseminates and interprets data and research on increasing organ and tissue donation for medical academic audiences and policy review committees who can affect change in hospital standards of practice.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Required: BA or BS in Business, Education, Public Health, or Health care related field.
Experience:
- Two to four years of healthcare experience with families, counseling, bereavement and/or crisis intervention or 3-5 years of experience in hospital relations or OPO.
- Experience with performance improvement strategies, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination is applicable.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Ability to initiate and lead multi-disciplinary teams or councils to improve hospital donation practices and family care.
- Experience delivering hospital-based education or in-service training programs to clinical staff, including nurses, physicians, and administrators.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Computer Skills: Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required.

- Follow hospital policies and OSHA safety standards, addressing client concerns professionally and respectfully. Support a collaborative and safe work environment, and perform other duties as assigned to ensure high-quality patient care and smooth hospital operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years working in veterinary medicine, preferably in Emergency or Specialty medicine.
- Proficiency in advanced veterinary knowledge including restraint, diagnostic imaging, phlebotomy, venipuncture, anesthesia induction, monitoring, fluid therapy, drug calculations, laboratory equipment and procedures, pharmacology, disease processes, etc.
- Attention to detail, with strong communication skills with both clients and team members
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus.

What you'll do as a Delivery Assistant:
- Unload trailer using a hand truck or 2-wheeled dolly.
- Place all delivery items in customer-designated food-safe storage areas.
- Assist the Driver's efforts to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
- Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications you'll bring as a Delivery Assistant Teammate:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Lift and move product and pallets which may weigh up to 75 pounds.
- This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.

Develop environmental investigation and remediation work scopes with environmental consultants, manage their performance, and interpret findings.
Support property transaction decisions with inputs regarding environmental liabilities and risks, development restrictions, and construction requirements and costs.
Interface with regulatory agencies, attorneys and property sellers, buyers, investors and lenders regarding NorthPoint's environmental investigations, remediation, reporting and compliance.
Advise construction teams and contractors on appropriate protocols for earthwork, managing impacted materials, site-worker safety, permit-compliance requirements and soil management plans.
Assist in developing budgetary estimates of environmental-related costs in overall redevelopment project proformas.

Who You Are You have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the following types of consulting or corporate roles: Performing environmental due diligence on brownfield properties being remediated and or redeveloped in a variety of state and federal regulatory frameworks; Designing and managing environmental investigation programs for soil, groundwater, surface water, soil vapor, and sediments
- including experience with emerging contaminants including PFAS/PFOS; Identifying and evaluating potential subsurface remediation approaches in terms of their expected efficacy, cost and time to complete; Familiarity with requirements to investigate, remediate, monitor and report on brownfield properties in the following regulatory programs: CERCLA, RCRA, state voluntary cleanup, etc.; Developing soil-management and corrective-measures implementation plans to govern construction and remediation activities on contaminated sites; Evaluating, designing and installation of vapor intrusion mitigation systems; Managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, across a wide spectrum of site conditions, geography, complexity and stage of acquisition and construction; Familiarity with best practices in horizontal development on contaminated sites pertaining to underground utility installation; grading and earthwork; worker safety; encountering contaminated materials; stormwater basin configuration; vapor intrusion mitigation; and building pad and foundation construction; Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with ability to distill and present complex technical information to internal and external stakeholders; Knowledge of current state and federal environmental regulatory programs, pertaining to data center development including air emissions, wastewater discharges, stormwater discharges, waste management, and water withdrawal; and Operating with a self-directed, client-service mentality in a fast-paced environment under competing priorities, alongside a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.
