GENERAL SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
A customer service representative supports both internal customers (product managers, account managers, production, and finance staff) and external customers with all steps in the sales cycle; from helping to identify required parts or resources to preparing offers (quotes), processing orders, and resolution of after order issues.
NATURE AND SCOPE:
- Provide Customer Service support to our customers, Sales Area Managers, Product Managers and Regional Sales entities;
- Interact with internal / external customers to provide information response to inquiries about products and services.

Stable and successful Central Illinois grain company is seeking a hands-on Grain Operations Manager to lead the operations at a key truck and rail elevator location and assist in Regional Management.
Responsibilities will include housekeeping, preventative maintenance, grain drying, conditioning and quality, and restaging grain for shipments along with supervising a team of operations staff. There will be a well-seasoned Regional Manager present to assist with the initial learning curve and ongoing mentoring.

Position Summary
CTE is seeking a motivated Summer Intern to support projects related to zero-emission transportation, industry collaboration, and workforce development. This internship is part of CTE’s structured summer internship program designed to provide students with hands-on experience in the clean transportation sector while developing professional skills and industry knowledge.
The intern will work closely with CTE staff in Berkeley and across the organization to support a range of initiatives, including project research, administrative coordination, and internal process improvement. The position provides exposure to multiple aspects of nonprofit project implementation—including grant administration, financial analysis, industry and technical research, stakeholder engagement, and training program administration.
Throughout the program, the intern will participate in CTE’s cohort-based learning model, professional development sessions, and mentorship opportunities. The internship culminates in a presentation to CTE leadership highlighting the intern’s work and contributions.

- Assist CTE project managers and staff with research and administrative support related to zero-emission transportation initiatives.

The Clinical Trial Rater, a mental health professional, will be solely responsible for interviewing research participants and their informants/caregivers who are being evaluated to participate in a research study for various cognitive and behavior disorders.
Including, but not limited to the following:
- Review patient’s medical history collected by the Wake Research Staff/Clinicians
- Communicates with the patient as well as the patient’s study partner/informant
- The Clinical Trial Rater will administer semi-structured test or rater scales as per protocol, not limited to CDR, ADAS-COG, MMSE, CSSRS, Cognitive Battery Test, ESS, and like exams
- Attend and successfully complete all training programs; participate in ongoing conference calls, webinars, and other professional development opportunities
- Complete provided rater training and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training
- Conduct interviews following specific study protocols, FDA, GCP, ICH, and HIPAA Privacy guidelines
- Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience performing psychometric rating scales in a clinical setting or for clinical trials
- Solid teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under time constraints, and work both independently and cooperatively with interdisciplinary teams

Position Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for maintaining financial profitability, high service level, excellent guest response, and upkeep of the restaurant and bar operations. Additional responsibilities include setting up floor, hands-on management during service, payroll and administrative duties, and on-going training. Position Summary
The In-Room Dining Server delivers exceptional dining experiences by promptly and professionally serving food and beverages to guest rooms while ensuring accuracy, quality, and hospitality. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication, and a commitment to providing personalized service that enhances the guest experience. This position reports to the In Room Dining Assistant Manager.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally
- Ensure accuracy of orders, presentation, and adherence to hotel service standards
- Set up and serve meals in a courteous and efficient manner
- Present and answer guest inquiries regarding food and beverages including allergens and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of in-room dining trays, carts, and work areas
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Collect payments accurately when required
- Retrieve and clear trays from guest rooms and hallways in a timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards in all interactions
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months related experience required
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Basic knowledge of wine, food and cooking methods
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service with professionalism and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple orders efficiently and accurately
- Knowledge of proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and order-taking procedures
- Ability to lift and carry trays, carts, and other items safely
- Strong problem-solving skills to address guest concerns promptly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling gratuities
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Understanding of hotel policies, services, and room layouts to assist guests effectively
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Regularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)

Radiation Control Technician 4 (RCT)
COMPA Industries is searching for qualified candidates for a Radiation Control Technician 4 position at the Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM.
Salary: $48 - $53/hr
Location: Los Alamos, NM (Onsite)
Citizenship: US citizenship Required
Schedule: This position may require 24/7 coverage, including rotating shifts and weekend assignments. Employees may be eligible for shift differential pay when assigned by their manager.
Clearance: Ability to acquire a Q Clearance
Mandatory Experience Requirement – Read Before Applying
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this position
- U.S. Citizenship (required for Q clearance)
- Eligibility for DOE Q Clearance, including background investigation and DOE Order 426.2 compliance

Impact
As a senior-level RCT 4, this position provides technical leadership and radiological support that directly impacts entire projects and group outcomes. Errors in judgment may result in serious radiological safety incidents, personnel injury, or regulatory violations, potentially leading to Laboratory fines under the Price-Anderson Amendments Act.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as primary point of contact for planning, coordination, and resolution of conflicting radiological control demands in challenging conditions
- Act as subject matter expert for radiological work control packages (RWCPs), ensuring compliance for all radiological work, including high-hazard operations
- Provide coordination of work area resources to support safe and efficient operations
- Anticipate and resolve problems, escalating issues beyond scope when necessary
- Offer technical supervision and leadership, providing review and guidance to junior technicians
- Demonstrate safety and compliance leadership through actions and mentorship
- Lift and carry radiation protection equipment; wear required PPE including respiratory protection
- Perform work outdoors and outside normal working hours as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to independently perform the full range of radiological support activities
- Proven expertise in tactical decision making in dynamic and high-hazard environments
- Strong background in DOE 10CFR835 compliance and radiation protection procedures
- Ability to develop creative and independent solutions to complex radiological challenges
- Skilled at coordinating across teams and providing technical leadership
Desired Skills
- Broad knowledge across health physics and related disciplines
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers, technicians, and management
- Experience authoring or reviewing radiological work control packages (RWCPs)
- Ability to influence group outcomes through technical expertise and decision making
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma plus 4–6 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Additional training, certifications, or education (such as an associate’s degree or technical program) may be expected
